cohens goal was 84.9 current 84.4 alert (for now) will be 85 - 2/12 85.8 this is all resulting from a visit to sanctuary cove yesterday- lunch at georges rest. Anyway- I found during the week that I can recover a days derring do with 2 days brisk walk ( 35-40 mins a day) so I do not fear also CF foods for rest of week

wanna be weight 56.6 (end refeed) - still not sure about this weight. Todays weight 61.5 - up 200gm. Looked over my written diary, and my weight for thursdays. hmmm, some improvement needed. bought a lovely moleskin diary today - think I'll keep my weight record in this now - book is lovely, nice paper and I'll work on putting nice things in it 5 days closer to my delicious cute strawberry hee hee! have a happy week everyone. |

Personal alert 67kg Today 67.3kg Just bang on my 3kg above maintenance weight. It is due to too many carbs earlier in the week because I didn't get home on Monday or Tuesday nights so was at the mercy of others cooking. I have done a strict reset today in the hope that I lose some overnight before my 3 Christmas functions tomorrow - I have asked for low carb but will wait and see what I get!. Then back to more CMF foods next week.... |

My personal alert maximum: 65 kg 04.11.10 - 62.9 11.11.10 - 62.9 18.11.10 - 63.6 25.11.10 - 62.9 02.12.10 - 62.9 Ahhh - dont seem to be able to crack lower than the 62.9 although more than happy to stay around this weight now. I do fluctuate up and down but this seems to be a base line for me. In my head I have reduced my personal alert to 64 as if I creep up to the high 63's I am like yikes - dont hit 64. Will leave it to show at 65 for the moment. Trust all is well with the happy maintainers. Narelle

Thought I had posted here yesterday but must have got lost! Bottom line is I was 73.6 yesterday which is way above my personal max of 71.
BUT..... I promise I'm not just slacking! I have a newly diagnosed condition which causes approx 9 months of weight gain. Yay! And also Boo for all my hard work going down the toilet. Still can be cmf tho and check in here to make sure i don't let things get outta control. ff |

Congratulations ff !!!!! Your efforts will not be wasted because if you started your pregnancy at the weight you were and gained baby weight on top of that you would not have been happy. So all is very excellent wee lady.XXX

Hello Happy Maintainers.
I have been keeping a weekly excel report and with Kohs assistance finally worked out how to post it so you can see for it for yourselves. I love the visual and this for me keeps me very observerant / eternal vigilance as Mark says. The majority rules - if you like it I will post it, if you don't I wont so feedback is requested. Also - would you prefer just the last 4 - 6 weeks of results. If you are over your chosen danger level I have put your results in red - just for the week you are over. Red being a red stop sign trigger. So now lets see if this is going to show once I submit. See you all tomorrow. Cheers Narelle

Okaies. So what I discovered is if you click on the graph 3 times it will progressivly open up to a larger view. Doesnt look terribly clear to me but you get the drift.
Anyone with other suggestions on how to make this work just give me a hoy. Nights N

Personal alert 67kg Today 67.3kg Same as last week. Food last Friday was disappointing - no control from me available and they gave me a vego meal due to my allergies and it was all carbs - no protein! Have been recovering from that so am ok with being same as last week but focussing on lowering. Silly season is right Also can't exercise right now due to asthma so that is not helping!! |

Todays weight - 63.3 very very ugly. But...I have to post. No point hiding from it. It has to be faced. I was thinking how did i get here? it's my own fault. Eating worthless things. Ive started out good today, so I'm not changing my ticker as i want my scales to start smiling again. Have a function on saturday, and nothing on the horizon for a week or so after, so I have time to work on this. One step at a time. All goo - during last weekend went as high as 88.8 but did a reset mon tue and back to 85.6 this morning - 2 more days this week of no carb and should be back
p.s I like the chart also- have decided to change alerts alert will be 86.5 alarmed will be 87.5 I have chosen these as they are within the 3 kg above goal and also recent experience tells me it is recoverable when action is taken quickly

Okay i guess it's my turn.
Original range: 87-90 Refeed start: 89.9 Lowest weight 89.1 Finish refeed: 94 Highest since refeed 94.7 Todays weight 93.3 Will not let it go to 95. Wanna be: under 92 Have been mostly good in maintanance land - limiting carbs (even less than refeed) and have been mostly having cohens friendly foods. Stil weighing (roughly) meals so i know i have a good amount of meats and vegies. No major blow-outs and have been "maintaining" at the same weight for days. would like to go a bit lower but am still happy with that. |
