Don't worry 'bout the workers for xxxxl clothing Andy, I know someone who's making sure they're not going to be out of work!!! Shame really, you can give a person as much info as is possible about this programme and they still don't want to change!!!

You're doing fabulously with your weight release (won't say lost, don't want you looking for it again!) and as always you're a terrific inspiration to all on this same journey.

Ok I get it we call it doctors office or since the office doesn't do blood anymore we have to go to the hospitle to get a blood draw.

Congrats on being nearly half way done. It just kills me with you guys that you can lose so fast compared to us women. But good for you just the same.
I will have to stay true blue on program or when hubby comes back from deer camp he will be done before me. Can't have that happenin.

Well Pudge - us men have to have something special occasionally - your poor husband should be allowed to finish first anyway - so he can go to the pub and have a beer and you can still drive home. !!!!!!! That's fair really !!!!!!!! ......................listening .......listening ..........its getting to me all the way from America that cold air blast ........ who said we were in for hot summers day in Western Queensland ................ next cyclone we have will be called Pudge no doubt !!!!!!!!!

Alls good - my garden has lots in it and can see some things going to seed with the hot days coming on.

Thanks to the bean counters in Brisbane we are having four new big split system air-conditioners installed in my work building and my office - the old reverse cycle air cons stopped working last summer and it will be cooler this year inside and seems we are in for a very hot summer. Luckily we have had good rains in the last few months for this part of the world and that will carry the community well into next year.

No deviations from my plan for the last 85 days - and what a sweet result to date it is.

344 grams per day on average of fat which has gone to be somewhere else in the universe - and how my life has changed by it's departure to other pastures !!!!!

Although yesterday I was getting through a fence around my garden to give a few things a lunch time drink and got my foot caught on the wire and landed full face into the garden bed - haven't done that for years - and I bounced straight up onto my feet - 90 days ago it would have hurt for starters and I probably wouldn't have jumped straight back up - 28 kg less sure does make a difference in life !!!!!

Well every one have a great day - keep your eye on the ball stick with our game plan and soon enough the goals will come !!!!!

Have a great and safe day - think of your new philanthropic abilities - to donate all your old BIG cloths to charity to make blankets for the poor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Andy

Hey there Andy,

Nearly halfway, good on you! Not a single deviation in 85 days is something to be proud of too, you should be commended.

As for where the fat goes - clearly yours is being converted into all that POSITIVE ENERGY which just radiates from you. Thanks for always being here to cheer everyone on

Well have spent the last 24 hrs and more reformatting and getting my computer up and running and all I can say to everyone is make sure you back everything up - what started out as "just to see" if vista would go ok on my computer - which Acer have informed would run it fine - caused a complete failure of the operating system and meant that I lost all files etc on the computer. So I have rebuilt it but still getting up and running just takes time - luckily I had backed up a lot of stuff about a month ago so whilst losing lots I still have something - and my spell checker has gone so I will have to be careful - and cut and paste back and forth until I get it sorted,

I just had to weigh today - 110.4 - so very pleased!!!!!!

I also think it is so good as I have sat here at the computer for hours and that’s about it and to think my weight just kept going down - you can't beat that!!!!

Have a great day all you champions out there and here’s hoping the male Cohen users start to post on this forum!!!!!!!!! I think we need a bit more male blood around here - so everyone has to go out and recruit more males for the forum!!!!!!

Have a good one

Great job Andy. No devaitions all this time you gotta be superman. I believe you said your wife cooks for you that makes it nice and easy.
I am suprised you were not blown off the map with that coment. I am going to have to have a serious talk with your wife.........Nooooo
Mr. shouldn't be able to finish up first not after going off the diet and still not gaining a bunch of weight back. Although he is getting a little more pudgy since going to deer camp. I think he is staying up there now on purpose so he doesn't have to come home and listen to his food nazi. That would be me......
Seriosly you have to be proud of yourself doing so well. We will be calling you slim soon.

Thanks Pudge and Wendy Daisy & Pandora and all of the great people of the universe who have helped me and ..............by that Pudge - I include the cook. The old Sheila who does the cooking is spot on her job - thank my lucky stars - I have taught her well over the last 25 years to get it right !!!!!!!!!!!

I weighed this morning - I am turning into a daily weigh er by the look of it - 109.6 is new territory and I just wanted to get over the 29.7 lost bit on my ticker - hate to be so close to things I suppose its a mental thing really. So will adjust my ticker today - I am so happy sucking a lemon couldn't wipe the smile from the dial !!!!!!

All else sailing along - I have had a couple of days off as my off sider is back from holidays so he is run the show for me and I have tried to stay away from the office. All else is just poking along as it should. I have a couple of days a way in the big smoke of Charleville this week and hopefully will be home each night - I love my own bed !!!!!!!!

I also have now got my computer running much better and again all I can say - back up your hard drives regularly.

must go - my garden is calling.

Every one can now have a great day with out hearing about who should be Prime Minister - I am so glad the election is over and we can all get back to our lives - I get sick of all the media and political claptrap - but the main thing is we have it - lots of country's in the world don't have the right to decide their future and thats the awful situation for some of our fellow humans.

Have a great day - stay on the ball - and enjoy life.

Andy

In my book, 109.6kg is a fabulous number!!! My hubby weighed in at 109 when he decided to join me on this programme and I wouldn't have called him obese, just a little over-weight!!! You've done exceptionally well with your progress and I bet your wife is simply loving the transformation.

Koh - I am glad you posted and I'll make a revelation - not a big one but a significant one !!!

When I started this I made my ticker - and whilst I had some hope it would work or I would not have started at all - I was not looking at the other end so just had a "stab in the dark" when setting my ticker up.

Today I looked up the Cohen's goal calculator and measured myself exactly - fearfully put the figures in and came back with 72 - 75 kg for me !!!!!!

I have just gone in and readjusted it and I was not that far out.

So you will have to adjust that figure by 1 kg abouts.

I never for one minute thought I would get this far and it was so distant to me to think I would loose 50 or so kg that it seemed impossible when I started Cohen's.

I was no different to any one who is starting out tomorrow - after years of constant trying followed by failure and all the big names diets its a habit or mind set thing.

What a change in my mind, my body, my life and living this program has made - and for that every ones a winner - family friends and strangers alike and myself as well!!!!

Thanks to all

Andy

PS - I have passed your best wishes to the cook !!!!! she is very chuffed about the whole deal!!!!!!

Hi Andy,

Oh, OK - we'll save the celebration for next weekend then - halfway in 3 months is still awesome (rather than 12 weeks).

Thanks to all of you for your kind words - I appreciate your sentiment and support.

I did not weigh this morning and have made up my mind to leave weighing again until next Monday.

Have had a full on day at the office and have a full day tomorrow in Charleville so had to do a bit memory refreshing about things in preparation.

All good and its a bleak over cast day here - which is very unusual for western Queensland. Lots of storms around and some very good rainfall reports from various properties out this way.

Had to drive to Tambo this morning and water was bolting across paddocks every where - that is a truly unusual sight out this way !!!!

All is good and moving along as it should. I have about ten more working days until I go on leave so I am counting the days down. My princess daughter is arriving back in Australia after almost four years abroad on 22/12 so I have a unit at Caloundra for three weeks over Christmas. My two sons are also going to be with us for Christmas 07 - so it will be good to get our little group together after a few years of being apart. I have not seen my eldest son - who is in the Australian Army for two years either - how time gets away - so it will be a memorable Christmas and I will be well down on my ticker as well. No way in this wide world will I deviate for Christmas - as over in

explain - thanks Nat your prompt is a life saver - I can only say - every one needs to read the posts especially ASY and Kristine's posts about this very topic.

Well all's good - please stay safe out there and very focused with your planned change in lifestyle !!!!
