Same! We have 3 flights of stairs in our house and i can almost sprint up them.LOL.
I have had to walk up escalators in ChCh as many not working.I can do that with ease.Hopefully the days of sore knees have disappeared for now.

Well - with all those changes - I was actually expecting to get some cellulite especially on my thighs and butt since it got slimmer and I had a look in the mirror the other day to see how that goes and I must say: THERE WASN'T ANY
How awesome is that - had a little bit before but now there is nothing just firm and even skin well they haven't got a dancing orange that would have been more appropriate for cellulite but a mango will do....... |

On my 9th week and on the verge of refeed. There has been a lot of physical changes that i've noticed:
1. i have cheekbones! (who knew?!) 2. better facial complexion, sallow skin and small lines gone! 3. no more fatty nape and i have an actual neck! 4. no more double chin, in fact i now have a jawline 5. hello collarbone! 6. byebye man boobs! 7. waistline down to 88cm. In 8 weeks i've move my belt 4 notches. i'm on my last notch and might need to buy a smaller one. whee! 8. pelvic bone to go along with my boardshorts! 9. Not so goo: stretchmarks both hips. What can i do about that? 10. dry scaly finger tips and toe tips. What i'm really amazed about is that i've gone from obese level to normal, skipping overweight, in the span of 8 weeks! loving it! i've undergone several lifestyle changes as well. 1. no more uncontrollable sleepiness. i have been know to fall asleep at anytime at work that no one comments if i fall asleep in the middle of a middle. they've come to accept that i cant help it. 2. Maybe it's because im near refeed but i have less ability to focus now. A little memory gap and my brain hurts when i think for long stretches. This is the one major drawback for me. 3. kinda icky but i miss my daily BM 4. Less strength. Tried going back to the gym once and i have to lessen my load by 20lbs than i used to lift. Lately i have stopped doing badminton as well. 5. looked smaller overall in pictures as if i lost height as well. 6. even muscle shirt hang looser. i've done some spring cleaning on my 4th week, disposing clothes too large for me and took out stored old smaller clothes that could fit me again. One month later, i might have to do it again coz some of the shirts are starting to hang on me again.

Got a big bruise on my back from sitting in a normal wooden chair and my spine didn't have any more padding...
Running is easy - don't even get out of breath anymore when I run longer distances or try to catch the train.... |

So far medical issues that have simply disappeared!!!!
Body Aches...especially my knees.GONE Dry cracked heals GONE Blood Pressure..absolutely normal for my age and no longer on medication. Best of all my latest Glucose blood tests show that i am now normal and no DIABETES!!!! So this is what Cohens can do for you! I urge peeps if you have any of the above,make Cohens your new BFF. I feel 100x happier and healthier than i did in January.

I used to have headaches every second day or so, have had it since I was young.
Since started cohens it's gone! Only had it once and that was when I accidently drank normal pepsi instead of max Love cohens |

This is one of the most "bump-worthy" threads on here (imho ) - and, with lots more new members, more excitement for them in seeing how well this has worked for others.
Of particular note, people throwing away HBP tablets, often within just weeks of starting Cohens. How good is that? And, for the girls - "no cellulite" ..... yep, that has been mentioned more than once. Go on, read the whole lot - there is SO much to be cheered about. No wonder this is a 5 star thread !! Koh

I am sitting at a conference trade show, and it is VERY quiet, so I have been reading this forum
WOW ..... WOW...... WOW...... this is a really great thread, I have just read it from start to finish, and have been really spurred on by all the comments, and changes everyone has experienced. The biggest change for me is getting my confidence back! I see people I haven't seen in ages, and they are really not sure it's me - I get a bit of a kick out of it when they realise it is me! I sent a photo to my parents in NZ recently of me and my little girl (3 yrs) and my dad asked my mum " who is that with Emily?" - surprise Dad......... I am so proud of myself and my achievements, and everyday is like a reward with comments, being able to do something with a lot more ease than before, and way more confident. Thank you Dr Cohen for giving me my life back! |

In just a few short months my blood pressure is now NORMAL. Huh? what? no way! Yup, after years and years of sky rocketing blood pressure (and I'm talking big numbers here 200+), this is a biggie for me!

THis thread is fantastic!!!!! I have MUCH to lose, but these give me an idea of what to expect. Plus, I cannot wait to experience all these fantastic side effects (and hopefully not too many of the negative ones!)
