Here it is: I am officially a teenager - 119.6 !!!!!!!!!!!!! And for good measure - have cracked the 15kgs - 15.1 down. Doing the happy dance !! Couldn't have done it without your support. Thanks. Feeling strong and very healthy and enjoying wearing clothes i haven't been able to wear for awhile. Hope everyone has a shrinking, weight loosing day Shanara

Well all this partying has left me feeling a little flat. Think TOM is coming. Funny , felt so up a couple of days ago and then yesterday - on one month day - I just feel really flat.
Had blood test today. Women who took it was fabulous - found a vein straight away and no digging around. Well hope my blood test is fine. Should be. Thanks everyone for your exhuberant wishes - so wonderful to have your support. Think today the reality of the time of journey has hit me a bit hard. I know its no point even going there yet sometimes the mmind just seems ot take over. As well i've had headaches today - not like me. Lili - thanks so much and glad you feel supported. HBS - Hmmm - hope your right about the double digits - well each day I am smaller than the day before. Soon to be - thanks Tara - didn't miss anything - its a great party. Asmara - wow love those dancing bananas! Katie - No we kept the party going for you - your dance is a great hit - dancing on the soap box - lololol - don't know about before Xmas for double digits - that would be way fast - we shall see. Karen - thanks for your cheers. DD - great to have you back Vee - I am dreaming up another reward - think it shall be a massage. Well today I am 119.1 so more loss - way to go.
Thanks Mette, Vee, Ellabelle and Jo. I am feeling a bit better today. Got one of my assessments back and I got a high distinction so that was great. The other day I got one back that I have to redo - sent me into a tale spin - not like me at all to almost fail. Really working at having my sense of self strong and centred and not letting these outside happenings thrown me for such a loop. they may be what is happening around me but I don't want them to be able to throw me so off centre. When I had my blood test was reading one of the magazines the foyer and there was an interview with Jennifer hawkins and she was talking about her daily eating. She has 150 gms of chicken for lunch and 200 grams of fish for dinner and salads with both. Not much more than we have and she only indulges about once a week. This weeks indulgence was a gaytime icecream. I though it was interesting that this is normal eating for her. Jo - smile on face and yes each day is another one of the journey done . Ellabelle - enjoy your weekend too sweetie Vee - thanks for the hugz. Came through unscathed - yet want to be more in my centre so extraineous things don't have such power in my life - and determine my mood. Mette - amazing the effect of fairy dust - I swear it works. Today was very busy and I haven't eaten one of my fruits and one of my crackers - it is almost 9 pm so have to decide whether to eat and wait two hours or just go to bed. Does anyone have any wisdom about this for if I find myself in this situation again. Is it better to eat all or get the extra rest. I have a fairly big day tomorrow with a late night tomorrow night. What do you think ?? Shanara
