Thanks all for early posts. I'm ready for an early night but will not be so slack this week and make everybody wait.

I did do a read over last weeks & have absolutely NO IDEA as to what post I meant to refer everyone to - with Kohs words of wisdom. Obviously something got my attention at the time and I was the only 1 to benefit from it. Maybe I was the 1 who needed it the most at that time.

Stars tonight go to Masita & Wavesnred 1.2kg EACH. Oh my - well done girls.

Nessie & Joy Joy - its time for some tough talking. Life is full of hiccups, ups & downs and pot holes etc. TOM will continue to come until you reach a certain age in life - and even that age varies. And yes - it does affect our losing weight - but its only for a week (or so) and everything settles again. Please read and absorb what I have at the end of EVERY post I do.

I read that in the midst of a downer. 6 months I thought I would take to lose my weight because I was NOT going to do anything to prolong the journey. Wishful thinking that was, but rather than concentrate on whats left, I learnt to be grateful for the distance already completed.

I felt like crying tonight when I read your posts, I was soo disappointed - for you (note - I wasn't disappointed with you but FOR you - I felt your discouragement).
Quote:
so I made myself feel worse by deviating.
Please look at how far you HAVE come. Day 1 has long gone & you have already proved that this works. Keep at it & let it.

Pep talk over.

Final results are:

Masita 12.7
Wavesnred 13.8kg
Nessie 14.5kg
Joy Joy 17.5g

HAPPY LOSING EVERYONE. - Enjoy this journey And CELEBRATE your losses!

remember all- the distance left to go is but a small fraction of the rest of your lives- indeed , it is but a mote in gods eye
so, stay strong, go hard
you can do it
cheers

Hi Happy Barb. & a BIG welcome. (Congratulations on your effort so far)
I'm not sure who is left as Masita has graduated to the 10kg club and Joy Joy has given up on me. I've been a bit lax the last 2 weeks but I know the forum is so helpful, I need to keep popping in here.
I will list you for this week as 16kg to go and see if anyone else turns up.

Hey, no - watch out for HappyBarb who is a new member here... You'll have a bit of competition (and a bit of fun too).

Rock on, Joyjoy,
