Hello there!!!

Oh how I'm happy to read how well you've done! Awesome work!!!!!!! Really, just absolutely awesome!!!!

I'm coming back here in the next few days to finish my journey. Going to regroup and attack now that I've survived my hectic Christmas/NY. My scale is broken so have no idea where I'm at but thinking I must be back up close to 70kg now.

I'll be back to check on your amazing journey shortly!

Soleil xx

Thank you for your visits and encouragement everyone. I appreciate your kind words more than you know.

As you can see, I haven't been here in a while and I should have been! I was so strong and good on Cohens all through the wedding and Christmas and then I don't know why ....... but I fell off the bus and have been struggling to get back on. As I said, way back at the beginning of my diary, I tried not to read diaries where people posted about deviating because it messes with my mind and before I know it I'm doing the same thing. Well, I should have stopped reading diaries for a bit and just concentrated on my plan ......

Anyway, I haven't been terribly bad but my weight has plateaued for the last couple of weeks and I'm over this nonsense now! I will not do this any more but get back on track properly and weigh ALL my food again, no more eyeballing and make sure I drink all my water.

I need to finish this! I'm SO close - just over 2kg to go before I can order refeed and I'm hoping that by posting in here and committing to it "publicly" it will be the kick I need to get this done.

So .......... thanks for keeping me accountable and for not judging me <3

I love you all xxx

Hi S2B

Big Hug, yes it can get very tricky at the end. We can be so close and yet so far. Please do climb back on the bus and finish the program with the re feed in your hand. It will be unbelievable for you to have all the tools to be able to maintain for your future.

Stay Strong, and all the best, Coirs you and I will be re feeding together Yay

Thanks Jessy, your support means a lot. Looking forward to refeeding with you and Ciors!!

It's amazing what confessing publicly can do. Feeling stronger and more determined than I have in weeks and in the process I've realised how much of a secret eater I am. For years of being overweight/obese, and even now that I'm considerably thinner and close to goal and normal BMI, I've been "ashamed" of eating anything "bad." I have hidden naughty foods (mostly chocolate) from hubby and family and eaten it in secret for fear of being judged but then also had to finish the lot even if I didn't want to at the time because I didn't want to leave evidence of my indulgence. I'm going to have to watch that, now that I'm aware

Hi Louise

You are so so close dear lady and it will be a couple of days for you being 100% OP and you can do your refeed. It is NOT long anymore and you CAN do it!

Looking forward on reading your refeed and subsequently maintenance diaries

Thanks for your encouragement Ladel - it's supporters like you who help us get back on track and make it to the end.

The good news is that I have been 100% on plan today and only have a little more water to drink too. It wasn't as bad as it could have been and I just took it easy. I had taken the day off work to make for a long weekend and just didn't do too much today or feel guilty about it - my mini gift to myself!

I'll get there one step at a time

Hi Louise,

I know from experience how hard it is when you are down to those last few kgs. I learnt that I was actually ready for re-feed which is why I deviated at around 59/60kg.

You've only got 4.2kg to go. Keep monitoring your symptoms and listen to them otherwise you might fall into the trap I did. I was so hungry that I was dreaming about food and my weightloss slowed right down. Talk to your consultant and they might let you start re-feed earlier than planned.

You are amazing and you have come so far already. You are so close to the end and I just know you can finish this with style

Yesterday was another 100% DF day! Now that my head is back in the right place I'm not finding it too difficult although this morning I woke up starving and I'm hungry again although I still have an hour to wait for lunch. I'm thinking that it might just be because my body is readjusting to eating the right things in the right quantities again rather than quite ready for refeed. Anyway, we'll see how things go

Oh why did I take so long to get back on track??!! I LOVE the way I feel when I'm 100% on Cohens, healthy, energetic and in love with my slim self. I also love the fact that it's exciting to climb on the scales, knowing there will be good news rather than fearing what I will see in the numbers.

Today, instead of seeing refeed as something far off I am feeling positive about it being "just around the corner" and very achievable. Lol, I think I'm back in the zone

Hi Louise...yes...the 'why did I ...' lament! funny about that, we all do it!

4 kg will fly by, you're only 2 kg off ordering it! It's closer than around the corner - it's almost knocking at your front door!

Thanks for your visits and comments Ciors and Jessy

I decided to bite the bullet and put up some comparison pics of me, mostly from the side as that is more obvious when looking to see how I've "shrunk". The first picture was taken a year ago - my daughter won a photoshoot so the whole family went. I HATE those pictures of me but I can see the benefit of using them for comparison. The end one was taken today and shows just how much thinner my face is. The full length one didn't come out right and I will have to get my hubby to take another one that shows my body better but this will have to do for now.

Needless to say, I'm thinking of maybe, only maybe, having a few professional photos done when I'm at goal. The first and only photoshoot we've ever done was the one last year but now that I am beginning to like what I see in the mirror, I may get a few done just for me

Thanks Ciors

Well, back in the zone and on track has seen a decent loss of 1.3kg for me this week putting me into the 66s. Another good week and I will be able to order my refeed.
