Mette - Thank you! You are wonderful, I appreciate your encouragement so much

Gorgeous one - Thank you!

Louise - Thank you! I saw a photo of myself a couple of days ago and that really made it hit home that I am now "thin" ~ amazing how a mirror and photo can show you two different things

Lili - Thank you! I had a lovely time in Melbourne

Tam - Thank you!

Weighed in at 52.8kg this morning. Yesterday I had dinner at about 5.30pm and went to bed around 10.30pm and wow! I was so darn hungry that I barely slept last night. I'm still not getting hungry between meals though. Think I need to have dinner later from now on or else save some crackers and an apple for after dinner.

Feeling good and just want to lose a litttttle bit more before starting refeed. Looking forward to finishing and being able to exercise again.

I'll likely start refeed early next week... unless the hunger strikes before then.

Back to work today, almost cried this morning, how pathetic, lol. I am struggling to enjoy my job at the moment and this year is going to see some big changes to my role, more responsibility, more hours etc. Plan is to take it day by day and if it gets too much, I'll look elsewhere.

In good news, it's my lovely husbands 24th Birthday today - he is seriously wonderful! I'm planning to get him a cupcake on the way home, figured that was a better option than a big cake which would then stare at me from the kitchen bench for the next few days lol.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Ellabelle, great to hear you are almost up to refeed . Thanks for dropping into my diary earlier today. Sounds like your job holds a lot of responsibility...what do you do??? Hope your husband has a great birthday, and yes, the cup cake sounds perfect- a lovely thought without tempting yourself when you are sooo close!!! Hope you lose that extra bit of weight very soon so you can start refeed.

Have a beautiful day..
Merryn

Awesome work! You must be so chuffed!

Hope hubby had a lovely birthday! Good idea to get a cupcake that he can eat and you don't have to worry about it calling your name!

So close to refeed now, you must be very excited!!

Default Starting Refeed today

Merryn - Thanks for stopping in, I'm a personal assistant for a business owner, nothing too exciting

Louise, Polly, Joroma, Vee, Shanara & Caroline - Thank you for your support... awww, you sure know how to make a girl blush!

Well, after all my talk yesterday of planning to start refeed next week, I was sooo darn hungry all day yesterday, even half an hour after eating my main meals so... I'm starting refeed today Hurrah!

Guess that means I'd best start a new thread.

Thank you so much again to everyone who has encouraged and supported me over the last three months - you guys are all amazing! Look forward to keeping in touch through your diaries to see how you are going

See you in refeed-land
