Hi M&N - thanks - I always rely on you to keep on top of my maths. Although I'm a bit worried about your minuses and plusses as you've gone way past your goal oh shrinking one with the elegant feet.x

Hi Panda, don't worry, when I know what my body wants to be I will put my ticker just above it to give me a little leeway so I know what number to do something about any little gains I might have.It is just sitting there for now as that is the high end of the new Cohens goal for me at my age.All is well for now.
I am so proud of your loss this week and I think you will wear the crown.1.5 lost at this last stage is staggering !! So awesome.XXXXX

It's been a few weeks and I've missed the forum. I'm struggling with a stressful time, trying to keep on the straight and narrow so I can refeed, and not being able to do the 10 straight days without eating extra, so I haven't been able to start refeed.

Now I think my refeed will be out of date and my eating repertoire has extended way beyond Cohens and I'm not quite sure how to claw my way back and do what's necessary to refeed.

But I guess things have calmed down a bit, I hope to speak to someone at the clinic for advicea at the beginning of the week and I need the forum!

I lost a further 2kgs but have put those back on. Will update my weight tomorrow or next day.

Darl, you need your clinic for sure - we can't help overly, except to encourage you to "keep on going" (in whatever style seems right at the time).

For us, it is easier when you are a "regular" as there are a lot of us, and SOMEONE'S words will likely sing to you from time to time. But, when you choose to "not be here", we can't do that much to help....

Despite that, welcome back - as you know, we'll do what we can - but, it seems to me that your clinic is paramount right now,

Koh

And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!

Thanks Koh, sometimes not possible to spend time online when life throws in a few little wobblies. I will look around for inspiration from others diaries, by diarising it I'm helping myself so no obligation for anyone else to help.

Hey kiddo
don't look to the 10 days - do it one day at a time ( one minute at a time if you have to)
this is the hardest point but refeed is so necessary
do what you can mate and ask for whatever help we can give - we will be happy to
as koh says- lean on your clinic this is the time they earn their living eh
stay strong
cheers
mark

Thanks NGU and M&N for visiting. I have a plan now to get through last important stage. I am sooooo insulin sensitive that I suspect when I get through refeed I may have to drop fruit altogether. It just skyrockets at least provocation, and probably a bit more sensitive now that I've lost weight and been on such a "clean" eating plan carb wise.

Hi Panda, that is very good you have a plan so you can get finished. It is easy to drift if we have no plan in place isn't it. That will be sad if you have to give up fruit all together.Did you read about cinnamon balancing insulin? Might be worth investigating if you can get some spare time in your very busy life.Have a lovely evening.XXX
