Hi Jem.
Thanks beautiful it's been awhile and I'm so happy to be back in the loving "cohen-sista circle". It's nice and comforting to be around you all again.
Am doing ok for Day 2 jumped on the scales this arvo and I have already lost 1kg of water weight!Can't wait to see results at the end of the week. Feeling good so far, don't know why I am surprised by that as this is round 3 for me but it never ceases to amaze me how quickly we get results! I guess that's why I trust the program more than any other.
The chromium is working wonderfully with sugar craving, carb craving and hunger pangs. Am so glad I decided to get some this time round as it really works, well for me anyway . Was a little irritable last before bed but that's to be expected.
So far so good and deviation free!

Thanks Donna. And thanks for your sweet message last year. It made my day and I remember thinking how much I do mean to people even those I haven't met in the flesh. Agree with totally on the the odd and even theory. Last year was tough so fingers crossed that this year is much better.

I get these feelings about each year and sort of theme them on this basis. It is my experience that - 2014 was a year of change, 2015 was a year of struggle and 2016 feels like a year of consolidation...

Hi Allie. Thanks for stopping by babe. Am doing well actually. Have dropped another 1kg so am feeling really motivated. Am so glad the only food in the house is my program food so no distractions to deviate me. Am happy to report that I've made it through the working week DF
The weekend will be tough as being home i can easily get bored and give in to temptation. Have plans to grab the old sketchbook out and start drawing again. Might take a trip to the shops and get some canvas and start a painting. If my hands are occupied with a paintbrush then I am in a happy place. The weekend will fly by!

Thanks for the message.
I've been back in hospital and just got home today. Have been battling on and trying hard but needed the extra support.
My adjustment back home is very tough as I am on my own a lot as my hubby works really hard.
I struggle with loneliness and then it spirals. For me once I get started on that wave it's very hard to turn myself around.
But, I'm still here! Still kicking on and fighting for my life.
I haven't been OP and I don't have the headspace at the moment. Am in awe of you all for the levels of willpower and determination. I'll get back there.
Am trialling new medicine which takes a lot of adjustment and is trial and error. Some if makes me really drowsy and I can't string a sentence together. I hate not being fully alert and aware of myself. Anyways...the battle continues so onwards and upwards.
