I am so sorry for the late reply - I moved house on the weekend and I am using the net at work to type this (which I am sure I will get in trouble for). I left my scales at the old house and have no idea where my tape measure is so I can't report anything for this week sorry! Hopefully we will have some internet at the house by next saturday and I will have my scales back! |

Next Round of the 20 - 1 Challenge
Hey Everyone,
Ive had a lot of ppl interested in joining the next new round of the challenge. For those interested, the new round should start on the weekend of the 26th of July. Thats the weekend that I'll start collecting starting stats and the week after will be week 1. Whichever day you weigh, just give me your stats for the day closest to that weekend. LOL does that make sense????? For those ppl that are in this current challenge and want to keep going with the new challenge, Ill just take your week 12 results as your starting stats for the new challenge. Closer to time, it would be great if everyone whos interested could let me know so I can put you on the list. Thanks, Nat xx |

Started 11/1/08. Lowest weight reached 63.8 kgs on 10/11/08 and 40 kgs down. Thank you Dr Cohen.
Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. Ok I have a gain of 3 kgs since my last weighin and thats all due to me going off program while on holidays.
So my current stats are weight 77.6 neck 35 arm 30 bust 95 (up 1cm) waist 90.5 (up .5) hips 102.5 (up .5) thigh 64 But I am back on program and hope this extra goes quickly. |
