Ok Thursday it is and mine sucked!
Maintenance start weight 64.3kg Today's weight 69 Not happy! Day before I gained 700g but yesterday on plan (with half an extra fruit and 1 extra cracker) and gained more! Perhaps it tool two days to show or I didn't have enough water. Boo . I know it works and I am back on track saturday |

Hey Wendy I just joined in too, I just followed what others seemed to be doing.
I put my cohens weight range, wanna be weight, and weight that I am now. I think we check in weekly. Let's give it a go anyway, someone will pop up to help us |

I am interested in the resurrection of this thread! So... Do we just choose our accountability day and weight range? I have an event set on my phone diary for the 1st of each month that says "under 68 kgs?"... So, I guess my accountability day is the 1st of the month and I want to be under 68kgs.

I am happy with the 1st of the month as well and I want to be under 72kg (I might change that figure if I manage to get down to my actual goal weight which was 69).... see how I go!

Found the thread, I would love to join you and Missy in being accountable by posting my weight monthly, most likely the first Saturday of each month for me. I will add in my weight for September 3rd as I have this recorded. Saturday 3/9/11 75.3kg (not happy about my weight gain, but nipping it in the bud now!!) I would love to be 72kg by Christmas or even 70kg!!

Accountability for life:
I have decided that since I weigh and record my weight daily that I am going to be accountable for my average weight for the month. I made this decision after I realised that whilst I am able to get my weight down so that it looks like I am doing ok at the first of the month, it is really a misrepresentation of where I am at in reality. So average weight for the month it is going to be... and oh boy what an eye opener!! Seems I am spending more time in reset during the month than in maintenance... that has got to change! Finish refeed weight 71.4 kg (6th July 2011) average weight for 07/2011 - 72.4 kg average weight for 08/2011 - 73.0 kg (compared to weight at first of month 72.2 ) average weight for 09/2011 - 74.0 kg (compared to weight at first of month 72.8 ) I am aiming to be below 70 by Christmas.
