I stuggle at night to Roxy but have most of the time. Have resorted to going to Bed as early as I can cause I feel so weak and tired and irritable. My 15 and 13 year old boys with teenageitis dont help much.

The personal trainer will be great idea, I was just going to go to the gym and try and tone up abit. I feel I am so much weaker now than what I was before I started the diet so feel I need to work on that.

Its going to be so much easier to exercise now we have gotten rid of our bags of cement.

Hi wonderful Roxy, snnooky pookums-lets turn that frown upside down! (I duck quickly because I know Roxy has the cordless mouse in her hand and has just hurled it at the screen in a end of cohen enduced fit of rage brought on by a patronizing maintainer.) You will be pleased to know that after the da that you start mixing proteins you don't have to wait the five hours between and you will notice that on the refeed you get enormous amounts of veg-and shell says that you don't have to eat those at each meal after you start mixing proteins you can divide them up as snackies. I never wanted to get back into the snack habit so i ate my stuff with meals and i now save my fruit for after dinner. I can't wait till you weigh on saturday! Has that woman ordered your refeed yet-please tell her to order it already- i don't want you having to wait. And you know how she is

On my plan as soon as you start mixing protiens the 5 hour rule doesn't apply.

Had a lovely sleep last night and feel good this morning, for a change .....but I must admit I don't feel as if I have lost weight this week. Don't know why but I feel kinda fat....maybe it is just the hormones but I will see tomorrow.

Hope you all have a fantastic weekend and that the scales will smile down on us this week .....big hugs to all you losers

Hi Carrieanne

Well, only lost 400g for the whole week and now only have 1.6kg to go. These last 2kg are really hard to lose but at least I am losing and not standing still. I have set a date to start my refeed as 1 November. Whatever I weigh by then so be it. If I reach 70kg before then, I will definitely start refeed as I am still struggling with major hunger in the afternoons. Man this weekend was really difficult not to deviate. I have since this morning swopped my meals around again. I had a egg for breakfast and will have cheese for lunch as this fills me the most. My problem is in the afternoons. So I hope this helps. I have been drinking 4L of water a day but even water does not seem to help in the afternoons.

Anyway I am still very positive and cannot wait for refeed. I read through everything again this weekend to make sure I understand. YEAH, only 1.6kg to go......hope you all have a stunning loser week!!

So after having a discussion with Koh (what a darling), I have decided to start refeed on 71kg. I am hoping that will be by Saturday. I really need more food now and I am happy with my body. I am sure I will still lose a couple of kg's on refeed and even if I don't I am still happy with my body as is. All I need is to exercise and tone the lose bits a bit. Yeah, more foodies for me......can't wait to have more energy and not to be hungry most of the day.

Hope you are all great losers this week. Big hugs to everyone xxx

Heeeeyyyyyy....you starting early!!! Where do you get your secret Koh conversation from???? HHHMmmmmm....
I am still wondering about my RANGE.... is it 63 to 66 or 65 to 68?? Oh well...
I am not hungry... still coping with the food. Just no movement on the scale what so ever....I also have the minimal visible fat.... we'll see how it goes...
Good luck on planning your meals for refeed!

Good on you Roxy...

I am so pleased that you are going to move onto refeed, I'm sure you will drop a wee bit more and you have so had your fair share of hard slog....I'm not sure I could persit as long as you have. Women! So much tenacity!

You go for it, and I will be following close behind, all going well I intend on starting refeed in mid to late November as well....

That is CRAZY@!@!!! Someone should sue her for spreading wrong information!!!!

Congratulation for starting refeed!!!

Hi Everyone

You guys are so awesome. Thanks for all the encouragement, I would not have reached this point without all of you.

So, BIG YEAH, I am 71kg this morning which means I am at the top end of my goal range. Hopefully I can lose a bit more by Saturday, but I am definitely going to start with refeed. I am happy and content with my decision. Sometimes a person just needs someone else to put things into perspective for you ....thanks again Koh!!

Now, if someone can just me how to apply for my refeed diary please. I know it must be somewhere on the forum but I don't have the time to look for it now. Have to much work to do. Will pop into all your diaries later.

Love you all and thanks again for all the support. See you in refeed land, hee, hee, sounds so good!!!!

Once Approved, always Approved - it was only the Personal Diaries that needed Approval - so, in the Refeed Section, just post a new thread with a cool title - and start typing.... Same applies when you graduate to Maintenance

And, darl, you're very welcome - I'm happy I was able to be a help Roll on Saturday....
