Well have next weigh in on Tuesday and am hoping at least another 5 has gone for good!!!!

I was getting a little frustrated that my weight lose had slowed the last few weeks but i have realized that it has taken me decades for it to stack on to my body so a few extra months to come off isn't so bad but am happy that in about 9kg it will all be worth the wait and refeed will be the next challenge in the process to becoming the new me and i cant wait

Default Peta's Diary

Hi Peta,
What a great effort you are putting in. Your photos are brilliant - you have completely transformed yourself. Fantastic Peta. You must be absolutely wrapped with how your going and deservably so. You are so close to re-feed now - just over 14kgs to go. I am so impressed with your results! Running around with your little one must be so much fun now.

I'm looking forward to staying tuned and watching the last 14kg's fly off your ticker. Keep up the great effort Peta!

Hi Peta,

Wow, you're a poster girl for Cohens for sure !! How good are you looking already !! And just another few Kgs yet to go.

Surely you have to pinch yourself daily to make sure you are not dreaming

And, how's Corbyn? Not yet into the "terrible two's" yet? You'll need to be fit and fast once he hits that age

Rock on, wee girl - you are a STAR !!!

Hugs,

Koh

Go the Kiwifruit! I really struggled when they were out of season for a few months and could only get imported ones. I miss nectarines too - they are my absolute FAVOURITE fruit!!! I think I actually lept for joy when I saw them on the program LOL.

Off to check out your piccies now

Well another wiegh in down and a lose of 5.4 kg for the month

Had a great chat with the wonderful Alison at the clinic and we have decided if I can hold out for the next 4 weeks (not getting hunger symptoms to badly before then) we will order my refeed so I am very pleased to hear the end is in sight. It has taken me a while to come to the realization that my thinking and wanting to get to 70kg no matter what may not be possible until recently I have not taken into consideration that with the huge amount of weight I have actually lost I never accounted for the skin which as we know has some weight to it.
I am more open to the fact if I can get down to the right weigh my body will start to yell back and I am happy with that the skin will shrink in time and who knows more weight may come off to so am happy with whatever nature hands me be it 70 or even 75 my body will let me know

Hey shuki i was in the same boat really worring about that but as time has gone on i have noticed it has been shrinking as well and as Alison told me (my consultant) bio zinc is our friend lol was advised to keep taking it for a year after i finish the program as it helps alot with the skin but i mean the skin wont be super tight again the "mummy apron" (quoted from JLOU) will still be there just battle scars from having our beautiful kids but i can live with a little bit of skin better than 83 extra kilos hahahahah I'm say give it time take the zinc and let the program and nature do her thang hun

Thanks for that - yeah if i had a choice i would choose the skin over the weight as well. At the age of 40 it is unlikely i will ever want to go back to a bikini anyway (let alone bathers comfortably)
