Guess what ff ! No our pony didn't suddenly bolt down the track ! I just rang my clinic for the second time today as I am sooo hungry and when I rang the first time today she mentioned being able to do the blood test on Thursday or Friday and after reading Kohs,Amouages, and Lisa Joys, messages in my diary ( hunger being a very strong motivator as well ) I decided I would go with Thursday so I rang the clinic back just now to double confirm it was okay to do it on Thursday and it turns out I can do it tomorrow so I am going to go the same day as you. So a happy day for us both.Have a good sleep and maybe even a nice loss for morning.I have moved my ticker to where the new BMI says it should be only because it LOOKS GOOD and makes me FEEL even better simply because I am below it !! I will end up where my system says so anyway so might as well enjoy the feeling of being below goal XXXX

hehehe - according to your ticker you just lost 6.9 kg?!!! Thats cheating mum!!!
Think a very wise decision about blood test and getting refeed. You can't ignore your body screaming at you any longer.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! You have completed phase 1. Great job!

Oh yes and, surprise surprise, no change on the scales this morning and I left my lunch in the fridge so had to get it from the canteen at work. There were no decent protein choices so I opted for salad greens and the best thing I could get to go with it was a pumpkin feta salad which my greedy belly decided would be better than having no protein at all . (tasted really good btw !!)

Oh ff, poor you forgetting your lunch ! We cannot cope without food now.It seems as good a choice as you could have made in the circumstances.Threaten your scales with letting the pony stand on them if they are not kind to you in the morning ! Have a good sleep, it is a new day tomorrow and we get our last blood test done! Wooohoooo ! XXX
I figure I have no brain at all now as I cannot see how my ticker says I have lost 6.9 ! Wow I wish, even at the start I only had modest losses compared to most other folk.Maybe if I read this again tomorrow it will come to me Then again it might not and that would be depressing!

Thanks for the welcome back in my diary, FF!

Those killers can't hang around for much longer, just keep going the way you're going and I'm sure they'll shift for you. Either that, or start threatening them with horrible seaweed body wraps or something. Ha ha.

Hang in there (as if you have a choice at this late stage!).

Something startled him into a 600g loss overnight. I wasn't supposed to weigh to day but....... and will have to weigh tomorrow for 10kg club.

Did you have your blood test yet? I might not be able to get mine until tomoro. Will have to see how the day pans out.

Hope your feeling ok

He he Bronnie - I just crossed the 28 kg mark! How cool is that!!!
I was with my husband yesterday when someone asked how I had lost the weight and he stepped in to answer with the simple word 'fortitude'.
It was a lovely moment because it summed up the strength it has taken to keep going day in day out on this programme but also how proud he is of me and what I have acheived. Priceless.
Another comment he has made is that he has been most impressed how I have done this 'on my own'. He knows about the forum but I don't think he realises the amazing support we give each other on a daily basis.
'On my own' is the last thing this has felt like when you know there are so many others getting over each little hurdle and moving on to face another day.
So big thanks to everyone including all those whose diaries I don't get chance to post in. I will often dip in and out of other peoples entries and pick up a pearl or two of wisdom.
You are all incredible people for what you have acheived or are setting out to acheive. Many nanas to you all!!!!

The hungries started intermittently for a while then I became aware of them more often, then they were with me pretty much all day, then eating became and still is a misery as it fans the fire and having to stop is difficult.Very rarely does the hunger stop after eating.I watch the clock like never before. Think refeed may be closer than I first thought. Had a shocker of a day and felt mentally and physically wrecked...
So so so cold, tired and little bit fuzzy brained. Luckily have got four days off work so will be able to recharge batteries (a bit) and re evaluate on monday.
Second night in a row going to bed hungry not a nice feeling. Always amazed when i wake up and its gone away though!
Must say a big thanks to the schnitzel lady - I think it was Kirst. Had that tonight and there seemed to be so much chicken once you had bashed the bejeesus out of it!! Mixed my cracker coating with paprika garlic powder herbs and salt. It was divine! One to keep for maintenance I feel.

Sleep well shrink well one and all.

Good morning wee lady, yes I agree with your thoughts on re feed being closer than you thought ! I have been watching you carefully and it seemed to me like it was happening. That hunger you have felt on going to bed is with me all day and when I eat it fans the flames not quench them so stopping eating is a challenge. That intensity does fade a bit later but the hunger does not leave.Soon when you wake up that hunger will make it's presence felt straightaway. We are close, close, close !!! All very interesting.Have a lovely coffee and walk and keep watching.XXX

Hi FF, I hope you are doing ok today, gee it must be a tough time coming up to re-feed. I hope getting your re-feed "perscription" isn't too far off - being so close, are you happy with how your body has shaped up? It'll be so interesting getting to the stage your at and being able to see how my body has reacted. CAN'T WAIT! How are you feeling?
I'm so glad your Husband is SO proud of you, good on him and so he should - this can be a tough journey, and to get to where you have, it is beautiful of him to say so. Good on you both!
Lisa

Hi ff, just a wee note to say I hope all is very well with you after the quake this morning.I realize power is down in a lot of places so you probably wont get this for awhile.I will be anxiously waiting to hear from Cohenites on the forum that live in Ch Ch or surrounding areas to know they are safe.A lot of peoples lives have been turned upside down and it is such a shock. My two sisters are safe but a nephew has house damage. He and his young lady are safe though so we are very grateful.XXXXX
