A quick update on my progress this month ... Well the horrid TOM are nearly over thankfully and the weight has seemed to pick up again thankfully (week before tom it doesn't move then as soon as i get my period the losses start....it is weird) am hoping for at least 4-5kg's this month as i am ordering my refeed ,I will spend a little time reading threw it and understanding it before i start also it gives my body more time to get to it's "NORMAL" weight well am hoping all this is in theory cause never know when my body may start to scream out for the finish lol so am having blood test 24th then in to clinic on the 29th for official monthly wiegh in will wait and see till then

You are so amazing, Peta! Seeing your loss so far is truly awe-inspiring, you're doing such a brilliant job.

Congrats on almost ordering re-feed. Can't wait to read through your re-feed and maintenance progress!

Well just have enuff time for a quick update lol still going strong no major hunger problems to worry about had a little sneak peak this morning and it seems down to 76kg but it could be less as I know my scales read a kilo more than the clinics so I get a lovely like boost when I step on their scales

Woke up this morning with a touch of blahhhh sickness (maybe cold or flu) so am trying all natural approach as I haven't taken any western meds since starting Cohen's and don't really wanna start now only from choice if it gets really bad off to DR for me but will try the good old home remedies first and see how I feel.....Well for now I say ciao and hope everyone has a wonderful D-Free weekend

Hi Peta,

OMG, you are going SO well !! Nothing new there though - you have done so from Day One !!

Well, let me be the first to welcome you to your forever-after BMI range of "Normal" !!!

Have you pinched yourself lately, Peta? Surely this must seem like a dream, eh?

But, you've done it, and have brought yourself from a dangerous place to a great place !! Rock on for the short time left, Peta, and you'll find yourself in an environment that you may have aspired to, yet never achieved - my money is on you to achieve it !!

Hugs,

Koh

PS Bye bye "Future Yummy Mummy" - it's time for a change, methinks

Aww, just for me? THANK YOU !!

I like your choice of words in the new sig !!

And, for others who might be wondering, Peta only changes her ticker once a month (has been doing this since day one). But, based on her comment about 76Kg, this puts her as 24.6 on the BMI scale. Sooner or later, the ticker will "catch up".....

But, to be true, I'd think it would do fine, as we now have SO MANY good people on here. It just seems to get better and better, and even more supportive almost daily.

I'm really loving the "buzz" on here....

"My name is Koh, and I'm a NewYouforum-holic"

Not a bad addiction to have though eh?
