Well done Andy - 97 mark - that's awesome - isn't it great to be double digits and out of the 100's. If you're in Toowoomba, you're close to me - I'm in Ipswich. Would love to catch up if you come this way.

Greatfor you to be in double digits mate. Hope your son's house doesn't end up wet.We don't have to worry about too much water here either. Have had a few toad stranglers before it got to cold and just froze or snowed.
Man your wrangles cost a lot and I skawk at paying 16 bucks for them. I'd send ya some of my old ones but heck the postage would kill me. I have some 34's & 36's though brand new you can have if you want to cover the postage. In seam is a 32. I like em long so when I ride I don't have high water's.

Hi andy,

I don't post nearly enough in your diary but I have been watching your progress and I have to say the weigh loss makes you look so young and as for the beard, either way you are looking smashing.

I am like you and have decided not to weigh myself everyday so now it has become a fornightly thing at the cohens office. Welcome to the double digits.

Love
Sonia xxxxx

Andy, I love the clean fresh face. You look great - you must be so excited at your whole transformation. Just the thought of shaving of your beard
shows how great your success to date is making you feel. Good for you buddy. Cheers Daisy. PS - Hope your Son does get swamped.

I think that a poll should be started on Andy's beard - beard or no beard.

Hope your son's place is safe. Been watching the news about the floods you mentioned. Makes it really personal when you know someone who knows someone in the affected area. Take care and keep on losing.....the weight of course. No trouble there, you're doing great.

Well hello all and thanks for your kind and considerate comments - I have returned home and taken over my patch again - and have checked the place out and all is good in the old Augathella - the flood waters have been and gone for now and although passed - its very early in our wet season so just hope it does not repeat itself again this year anyway - the 1990 flood was in May and the 1997 was in March - so we still have a few months to get buy.

No Poll - I will not be growing my beard back unless I go over 100 kgs - so thats the deal - under 100 kgs no beard over 100 kgs I grow the beard - it is sorta like a warning bell - and thats that !!!!!!

I have been as %100% as I can have been but can safely say that I have not deliberately broken - and have not done so with anything that is not on the list - and I am still losing plenty of weight - most deviations have been in getting the right ingredients on the run whilst on holidays but have found its not too hard to work my weights and things out with most things - all good - so will see how I weigh on Monday morning.

I have not caught up with any diary's for a few days - but will get back into it now holidays are over - and try and catch up on things. To all the people who are starting or struggling - I wish you well - the rewards are so sweet - I can vouch for that - its worth the commitment to get the result - so hang in and re focus and and petrform your best life saving and rewarding act - its yours for the taking.

Will catch you all a little later.

Andy

Good to know you're home Andy and all is safe and sound. You've done so well with your break away and unscheduled delays to stick to the plan as well as you have. It's great to see.

Well as I start my 23 rd week - Western Queensland is looking brilliant - the rain has grown a lot of grass and the place is looking like a picture book - with lots of sand flies and snakes and things but all good.

I am back at work after about 6 weeks off - and pleased to get into it - a great break and renewal but its good to go back to your normal way of life in some regards - with a difference though - when I stopped work in early December I was 10 kg heaver and could in a Pinch wear my cloths - yesterday I spent completely removing my wardrobe of cloths and replacing them with some new some old and still lots of room to come - I found some old cloths from many many years ago - my first 15 Rugby jersey from boarding School and my Under 16 jersey - and I can put them on - a bit short yet but they fit on me - and my football shorts fit - and I am so pleased -what a buzz it gave me - so all good.

So this week - all of the new starters - knuckle in and do the job you have to do - The rewards will be sweet and your life will change - in many many many ways - and the good bit is - it changes and you get better and better at as you go along.

All good - but must get off to work - I haver a million miles of driving to do in my patch - well a few hundred anyway to have a look about - so must get going !!!!

Have a great week - be true and stick at it - the results will come sooner than later.

Andy

Hiello there Andy46! Good to have you back and to here all is well in Augathella - i did get a bit alarmed when i saw it under water on a flood map on TV but checked on here and you had said all wld be well for your home.

And here you are, fantasticly still doing your 100% thing! Are you the ONLY one that can claim that for the entirety of 23 weeks! Anyone else out there been 100% for the past 23 weeks or even more? I'd take my hat off to you but i dont like hats! I did also enjoy a post in another thread when you praised the benefits of water over diet drinks etc! One of these days, i intend to take a leaf out of that book of yours, ditch the diet drinks etc and become a water evangalist with you!

And, why not change your ticker to be one of the easier ones to read (like mine!) that states starting weight and end weight etc. You have lost an amazing 40kg ++ but i dont have a clue where that lands with the under or over 100 kg beard or no beard stuff!!

Pandora - I have changed it for you so you can read my ticker - what i meant about the beard - I won't be growing it back - I only had the thing to hide my fat jowls and stop me seeing how fat I was every morning when I looked at myself in the mirror to have a shave .......... but I really wanted to be able to see my knees when I look straight down and I can do that now as my front veranda has gone completely >>>>>> to my knees is clear view - now.

Have a good one - go hard - and be safe.

Must go on the road this afternoon.

Andy
