Hi Mari,

Now that you have your program YOU will be winning that comp at work in no time. They won't be able to keep up with you.

All the best.

Hi Mari,
I am in Port Elizabeth. So nice to meet some more South Africans on the forum. I only started a week ago, and must say I find it very easy going. No problems so far.
Holding thumbs for your competition at work

Hi Mari

I found your diary, at last!!! I also find if I have yogurt for breakfast that I am more hungry during the day than if I have a egg. But so we learn!!

I see some people include olive oil or olive oil spray in some of the recipes. I wonder if this is for refeed or maintenance. I was told NO olive oil at all only spray and cook.

I am positive you will win the competition!! You will see your weight will just fall off now.

Good luck and keep us updated on the comp and your progress. You are doing so great already!!!!!

Thanks.... Nam, I will keep you guys updated.

Well, I just survived lunch with my colleges. I had my tuna salad quickly before we went out and just had a camomile tea at the restaurant. My one college had a cheese burger!! It's hard staying strong.... but I know the results are going to be worth it. I am going to be SEXY again!!
