I added some sprite to my last serving of lemon drink tonight - was quite nice!

Going to make some "sorbet" for tomorrow tonight.

Phooey! I went up 200gm - so no loss at all from Monday to Friday.

Am lemoning today (concentrated, no cayenne) but unless miracles occur on the scales tomorrow, I will go back to regular fruits for the weekend, as we will be spending the majority of of the weekend away from home.

Well , I made up my lemon drink/medicine this morning .I had my first one after breaky & didn`t think it was bad as I anticipated as I don`t like anything sour , just had my second one after lunch & boy it was sour , I struggled to drink it , but i did it. Hopefully it works for me as I have 2 kilos to go before I can order refeed , might be able to order it next week if it works for me like it has worked for a few of you ladies.

Spannah's recipe (and jessy's or close to jessy's) is in the top of this thread Gayzin

Its :

2 whole lemons
50 mls Apple Cider Vinegar
200mls water
2 sweeteners
Blend it all up - comes out the thickness of a smoothie, split into three cups, and down it with every meal.

I do a half version of this so i can still have my kiwi fruit in the morning with yoghurt.
I have 1 lemon but a bit more apple cider and a 1 cup of water with 5 -8 drops of sweetner blended. I drink it in 1 go

So I tried this lemon drink yesterday and surprisingly, I liked it! I just used one lemon ( took out the seeds but included the skin) , around 200ml water, a generous splash of apple cider vinegar and one splenda. I drank it all in one go - delicious! Of course, I had to strain it since the skin and flesh were floating around.

This sound interesting... But I wonder, I do not own a blender or juicer, just a stick blender, so I wont be able to use the whole lemon skin and all... Maybe I should give this a go, but only use lemon juice instead of the whole lemon. I gag anyway if something is too 'fleshy'. Cant even eat yoghurt with fruit in it... Will let you know how it pans out...

I'm jumping on this bandwagon of lemony goodness. I love lemon and pulp, so read this topic and immediately, I'm all over it. We have quite a big tree, with heaps of fruit, but they are still green. Hoping it's not too long before they are usable.

So I had my first one between brekky and lunch. Zesty! I left the rind on but cut off the skin, is this how people are doing it? Blitzed with a buttload of ice and some sweetener to take the edge off, but had no AC vinegar. It was quite like a virgin margarita. Next time I might salt my glass with Celtic sea salt

I figure it has to be good, lemons have so many health benefits so figure it's a good use of one of my fruit allowances (only did 1 lemon's worth). Will save the other fruit allowance for something indulgent.

Hi Foxy,
I did it recently and I just washed the lemon in running water, quartered it and chucked it into a blender with some ACV and water and whizzed it up.

Yep I included the skin and pips...

Look, I'm not a fan. hahaha. It tastes nicer without the ACV, but I like my mangoes and honeydew too much. haha

does this really help with the weight loss? should it be taken before each meal and does having it warm or cold alright?

I will try this by 1st Apr.. i used to take hot honey, lemon, turmeric mix in the morning prior to Cohen's and would be good if I can have my lemon drink in the morning again (without the honey though)
