I don't have a diary but have uploaded some before, during and now photos and added you and the others that are interested as contacts so you can see them. All I can say about the program is that i never thought it possible to lose over 50 KG in 7 months - even with weight loss surgery! The good Doctor has my complete confidence and trust as everything he has told me to do has been a complete success I made the conscious decision as I had 60+ KG to lose as well, that I was not going to knowingly deviate on my journey. To this day I have not eaten anything not on plan. I have made a couple of timing errors during my 7 months and was drank alpine tea a few times which has fennel in it which is not allowed, but I have now stopped this. if anyone else wants to see the photos please either private message me or email me and I will add you in as a contact. Today I put on a top I bought a month ago - back then the last three buttons didn't close over my tummy. Today they all closed - feeling a tad roomy

ok so weigh in number 2 ive already lost two kg, sometimes it feels so slow yet the results are truly amazing!! 1st weigh in 5 Feb : 108.8 2nd weigh in 12: 106.7 3rd weigh in 19: 4th weigh in 26: Total loss for February:

I'm not sure how to edit my original post?
Started at 117.3 a week ago. First week weigh in, 12th Feb, 115.2. Loss of 2.1 kgs. I'm very pleased. Deviation free |

Righto righto my weight update:
Feb breakdown: 6 Feb lost 1.7kg 13 Feb lost 1.5kg. Total for Feb is 3.2kg. I would also like to say that I have reached my first goal of being under 150kgs |

My start weight at 1 February was 70.6 KG
07/02/12 - 69.4 KG a loss of 1.2 KG 14/02/12 - 68.0 KG a loss of 1.4 KG 21/02/12 28/02/12 Total loss for February: total of 2.6KG Water goal met Had my sons 19 birthday Wednesday which meant my first meal out for 8 months. Had salad greens, cucumber and steak but guessed weights so is a deviation, not a terrible one in the scheme of things 5 KG until I order refeed so getting pretty close and with a BMI of 25 nearly in the normal weight classification which is pretty exciting Last edited by kazaj; 15-02-2013 at 04:31. |

LB well done on smashing the 10kg goal For me: first week 5th feb: 117.3 second week 12th Feb 115.2 (-2.1) third week 19th Feb 114.1 (-1.1) total loss for feb, -3.2kg. I have to really work to get to my water goal (3L) at the moment! Will keep up the good work. Happy losing everyone - next week runninggirl you will probably have a bigger loss as TOM goes away |
