I think you are very diciplined not jumping on the scale every day, I start next week on the program and I think I am going to have alot of trouble holding out for a week to weigh in. Here I am, counting the hours to my first weigh in - feels like everything is working so I'm sure I'll get a good result.
I'm noticing a few things that have changed in the last four weeks! - I can move more easily - My mood is very even, none of those sugar spikes I was having - I can paint my toenails much more easily! - My skin is great - I have more free time as all my food decisions are made for me - I am saving money (got some ideas for that in a later post!!) - I am sleeping better - My waist is 18 cms smaller than four weeks ago....that's incredible from a health viewpoint It makes me a bit sad that I wasted soooooo much time on other programs. This is remarkable. |

Wow Panda, I converted the cm to inches and you are 7 ! inches smaller around the waist already That is such a fantastic loss and I cannot wait to see how your weight loss goes.

Yay I've lost 10 kgs for week 4 weigh in! And another 6 cms this week. No idea if that's a good result but I'm reaaaaaaallllllly happy! Off to update my ticker now. Thanks for all your support and enthusiasm everyone.

Thanks Laura. Now I've got past the first four weeks, and I know this is working, I hope to be doing as well as you are in another couple of months....
And I can start finding out a bit more info about this amazing eating plan! This is the first time in several years I've been able to lose any weight. In spite of eating fairly frugally, I've just been adding weight every month, in spite of weightwatchers, low carb diets, personal trainers, southbeach, low cal, starvation diets!! So to drop a whole 10 kgs in four weeks is so amazingly wonderful! |

I had cooked chicken mince on a bed of lett, tomato, cucumber, capsi - with some sprinkle of chilli flakes in the chicken. Mayo and cracked black pepper |

Yum - good combo - might try that myself. I keep trying to rotate all the ingredients so that I get as wide nutrition as possible, and also so not to get bored. But I am eating masses of mushrooms - they go with everything!
