thanx vee and jule-you're right vee down the line i will have to split i think. i really want to stay in the habit of light dindins esp. since i dont get home from work till 8pm.

yesterday i didnt do te bread and only did 2/3 of the suggestd fruit allowance and 2.5 crackers, had a nominal poo I think there is some poo still lurking in the dark crannies of my colon-blech grosses me out just thinking about it.

anyhoo, i am also down with full blown bacterial infection in throat once again, on a full course of antibiotics one every 12 hours-super tiredy, back hurty, from chair at work.

I going to do a pieceof bread now with my peach and yogurt-add in all the protein and veg at lunch (garden salad with exter tuner)

and dins will be that beef curry soup jank that i am so hooked on -(normal meal 3 quantities.)

this morning i weighed my self twenty times after my small but substantial poo. 65.5 one time and all of the rest of the times 65.8 so i put my ticker at 65.8.

Hi there Carrieanne - hows your refeed coming along? You having any issues with all the extra food yet? I am allowed 2 slices of bread tomorrow and the day after next I can mix my protein (and no 5 hour rule!!) - can't wait for that. The first few days I didn't split the extra either but now I do as the amounts are much getting bigger! I am up to 4 fruits and that get's hard to eat, I have been skipping at least one of them if I am just not hungry though.

My weight isn't moving anywhere really (+/- 100g)...probably should be glad it's not headed upwards at this point. Anyways I hope you can see some action on the scales even if I don't!

65.9, up 100g from yestrday-yesterday i ate bread, experienced a mini poo- throat so painful i could bust my head through a door, also creating pissy mood where i dont know whether to scream or cry, i think i have pre premenstrual sindrome. does any one know if we can have the drinkable yogurts enriched with L- casie bacteria - i used to drink one everyday and it helps with defenses, this is now 3rd sickness since i started cohens-the danon one is called actimel here i i think in the stats ts called danactiv or something. anyway would not mind if some one decapitated me today.

Hey there lil lady!!

I hope your throat is going to get better for you real soon. Probably the best thing you can do for yourself is rest up and maybe try some Vitamin C, we have one brand in Aust. "Melrose" and it's a powder form - you just mix it in water. As far as I know we are allowed this on the program here (but don't quote me!) and it's fantastic - I used it pre-cohen's and it's absorbed really easily into your body apparantly to fight the nasties.

I doubt whether we can have the drinkable yoghurts sweetie - but check with your particular clinic to be sure because some things vary from clinic to clinic!

Oh Carrieanne, hope the throat is improving.
rockmelon is also known as cantaloupe and it is an orange colour. It is absolutely beautiful!!!

I also want to know whether we can eat good fruits interchangeably with bad fruits. My plan for the next 6 days is for just bad fruits (pus those on the original plan) I really would love to have some rockmelon and have stacks of it in the fridge calling out to me!!!

I am still up 400gm from starting refeed. I personally think it is the bread an bananas but will stick with them until the end of the refeed. After I finish I may rethink my fruit choices and stick with those I enjoy and dont cause weight gain.

I wouldn't have a clue about the drinking yoghurt, maybe either compare the ingedients to the approved one, or check with your clinic. If I remember correctly though, the drinking yoghurts are usually fruit ones and not natural, so in that case it would definitely be a no no!

the best thing for your throat is betadine throat gargal. you can by it over the counter from drug store. i works very well. how is refeed going. hope your well otherwise. G

hi yesterday, i did a no breader, got in all my water, got almost enough sleep. and i have dropped down to 65.2 a new all time low, pre poo post pee weight, i have been so illin' I really havent been doing to much visiting, throat still nast and painful I'll do a slice of bread today-oh the excite ment never ends in refeed party.

Congrats on your refeed party! You have done so well; I hope you are P.R.O.U.D of yourself. I agree with the Betadine gargle; it works really effectively and quickly. Keep up the great work. Do they tell you how much you can expect to possibly lose during refeed?

Hi Nat and lil, thanx for stopping by, I think some people can lose up to 1.5k I have read somewhere. I am happy would be happeier if it didnt feel like some one was sticking knives into the back of my throat. I am going to try to see if they have that betadine thang over here I know they have other betadine thangs.

Wowwweeee carrieanne, only 0.2kg to your super low weight. How envious. I thought I saw myself weighing 56.2kg before dinner. Well, pray hard today will gonna get a long good sleep and hit below 56kg by tomorrow morning. No poo poo for me again for many days. Can feel the southern gate dying to be opened. Let's hope tomorrow is a good day for everyone's losses.

hi folks, mid way through day five. Today I took the bread option. Honky white bread with my tossed salad with italian herb chicken. I had the good melon for breakfast as opposed to the old melon (?¿) I had an old apple after lunch- such a luxury the 4 pieces of fruit a day whether they be good, bad or ugly. It is so strange that they introduce 4 pieces of fruit at refeed and then in the maintainer info they tell yyou to try to stick to one pice a day. For later i will have the good pineapple it has been to see Mother Theresa it is so good, void of sin and all evilness.

I have a question are we ever allowed to eat the fruits together- i mean on original plan or refeed like say you have grapefruit and apple - are you allowed to cut it up and put it ina bowl and eat it together or must it be separate-

i was still told to try separate my fruits a little bit apart, but you could make a big fruit salad with four fruits and eat it at intervals throughout the day!!!

yes i also lovedddd having 4 fruits a day. i could live on fruit!!!!!!!
