woooahh!
Fantastic job Terri......I'm so jealous I could spit . I weighed again this morning and have put on another 400g!!! I think I figured out what's going on though - I am ovulating and am bloated and tender in the tummy so just gonna hang in there and hopefully it will drop off in a few days?
I live in Canberra Terri, I will put some details in my profile, I am slack with those sorts of things. I will update all our losses when I have everyones okay. I think Terri is the winner so far this week . Suzie |

Thanks for that I was very happy was hoping to break the 10kg but I am close and a loss is a loss. PS don't weigh yourself everyday it will kill your spirit if like today you are retaining water cause tomorrow you could lose that and more also some days our bodys are just getting used to what we are doing to them and don't lose anything. have a good day terri |

Hi Lisa,
It's only a "way to record progress" so, if you REALLY don't want to post it, go back to algebra - call your start weight "X+10". So "X" is the weight you'll get to once you lose 10Kg (YOU will know what that is, but no-one else) Then, as you go, it becomes "X+8.7", then "X+7.4" - of course, if you DO beat the 10Kg mark, then it'll become a minus "X-1.3" etc. Algebra can be a big help (who'd a thunk it ) Koh

Hi Guys - sorry I haven't posted an update - we went to Sydney on Friday and only just got back yesterday - I did not do so well while we were away - the will power was just not there - I am yet to front up to my diary an confess my sins. Am going to Melbourne for 2 days so am not expecting great things this week. I have only lost 200g - 86.3 for me (weighed this morning). I will get back to weighing on Sundays this weekend Suzie & let you know.

At least you had a loss, that is better than a gain! Back on the horse. I am stalling a bit also, I joined up yesterday and won't get my program for a week or so. I haven't been to bad but just focusing on going hard when I get my program. Hopefully I will have a bit of loss on Sunday though. Seeya |

Can i join in to? i'm on my 2nd week on Cohens. My weight 2 - 3 days ago was 67kgs. I'm still too afraid to set up a tinker and not sure how to set my goals. i'll post my weight on Sun or Mon.
