Well done heavenlylamb, you will be finished by next week. I still remember when you started. I put on my weight last year when I moved house and used it as an excuse to eat. I bought so many new clothes and suits from Europe, none fit me at the moment. I can so relate to feeling your body melt. I would put on a pair of pants in the morning and by the end of the day they would be. I have so many business suits I want to get back into.

Keep up the great work

Sorry Heavenly Lamb, and everybody else

I did not mean to sound "snotty" I suppose I was just so chuffed with being good, I had to try and show off.
I also corrected my info , as there was no loss between day 3 and 4.

Goal end Feb under 70
Today (5 Feb) 75.5kg

Ahh, but the whole purpose of a competition is to blow your own trumpet and show off!!!!

So, go right ahead and let us know how fabulous you've been!! and you should feel free to remind me that I haven't been good!!

Bibabs - don't worry about your 'blonde' comment i notice we all have several different ways of writing our 'Deviation - NON deviation' section.
i took mine from Heavenlylamb's suggested format, but am happy to conform to whichever is easier for everyone to understand.

cheers, cait.

Yipee!................Have made it to the 1 kilo loss mark. Was getting a bit concerned with the slow movement. I thnik you're right Pen, daily weighing can be a bit of a roller caoster for me mentally. I'll stick with it though. Thankyou for your words of encouragement.

I'm going out tonight with some Mum's from the school. So this will be a test for me They know I'm on a roll to drop my weight down some more, so they'll be supportive of my food/drink choices.

Have a good one,
Damble.

I had a meeting this morning, so I'm a bit late with my post, and I can't quite remember if I was 78.4 or 78.3, so I'll err on the side of caution!! But I've reached 3kg loss in the week, and I now have lost nearly all the weight I put on in Europe over christmas, and I'm now onto the weight I put on with the cruise and the previous Europe trips in August and October!!

But I did deviate!!!!! Yesterday, I had dinner out, which was fine. But I forgot to take my vitamins yesterday, and it had been an emotional rollercoaster for a few days... my hubby got retrenched, which was actually a good thing, the car broke down again, after 3 months being at the mechanic, which was a bad thing, and work was very frustrating. So, I was in one of those moods where I was going to raid the cupboard and eat everything in sight, until I found something to satisfy me. So, I took sometime to think about what I really wanted, and I had a small amount of it (kahlua and chocolate). I had probably 1/5 of what I would normally have of both of them, and probably 1/10 of what I'd normally eat on a rampage. So, although I deviated, I felt OK about the process that I went through.

Good on you Penny,
proved to yourself that your mind is as strong / stronger than your impulses.
well done.

sounds like you had a shocker of a day yesterday - i'm glad you say that your husband being retrenched is a 'good' thing...., the car breaking down sounds like a really bad thing and a totally frustrating & annoying thing too.

hope today is much much better for you - on all fronts.

cait.

Well done Penny,
Good on you for taking a minute & thinking about what you were going to do.
Sounds like with all your trips it would have been very hard, but you don't seem to have gotten too far off the track.
I hope today is a better day for you
