Lilamay - Ive fixed up your results for last week. Thanks for letting me know. Cocopop - yeah sometimes you can have a gain in the cm's. It could be because you didnt measure in exactly the same spot or it can sometimes be because your body is undergoing big changes and is just needing a little time to adjust. It can also be that you have had a big loss the week before and your skin hasnt quite caught up yet - and gravity can be a bugger when it comes to that! I wouldnt worry about it though - it will probably be gone by next week. Hope this helps Nat xx |

Morning Sunshine..my stats are the same from last week except neck is finally
1cm down..34cms & 1 kilo down @110ks.. was hoping for more as per the scales..think there is a little water retension!!.. chookers to you all and I hope big losses for each and everyone of us..

Hi Nat..sorry I'm late - it's the old TOM and the PMT has set in..so I would say that my stats can stay the same as I always put on exactly 2 ks not matter what!!..
so if that's okay with you - I dare not weigh or measure myself..once the weight starts coming off and not being so big..wonder if the 2 kilo gain will still continue ..will be interesting (make mental note on that) - hope you beautiful ladies have great losses for this week xx

End of Week 4 - Sunday 24th August
Hi Nat, here are my stats for end of week 4.
My weight is actually my losses for the last TWO weeks as I couldn't weigh last week. My new scales weigh .7kg heavier than my old ones (when compared to the clinic's scales) so I will use my weight on my old scales to compare my loss to two weeks ago, and then starting from tomorrow I will use my new scales which will start me at .7 heavier. Weight: Old scales: 112.2 (-3.1kg) (For next week's stat I will be calculating my loss from my new scales, on which I currently weigh 112.9) Neck: 38.5 (no change) Arm 37.5 (no change) Chest: 135 (-1cm) Waist: 120.5 (-3.5cm) Hips: 134.5 (-.5cm) Thigh: 72.5 (-1cm) Total = 538.5 Total lost: -6cm Thanks Nat - have a good day Last edited by Cocopop; 24-08-2008 at 07:25. |

Im sorry Ive been so slack but last week got away from me. But here.....finally!.....are the end of week 3 results! Time4Me Lost 2.7kgs (2.31%) and 13.5cms (2.65%) - over 2 weeks Nat Lost 1.3kgs (1.68%) and 3cms (0.69%) Cocopop Lost 2cms (0.37%) Sheree Lost 1.7kgs (1.86%) and 6cms (1.35%) - Welcome to the 80's Sheree and congratulations on having the highest losses this week! I actually only posted end of week 3 stats yesterday - im a week behind in posting stats and now we are in week 4. The way I read it - you didnt lose anything in week 3 as it was TOM week but you did lose 2cms and 1.5kgs in week 4 which I will post in the next few days. Does that make sense or am I completely confused?? Nat xx |
