Hi Everyone

Today I feel a bit tired. I am going to drink a extra vitamin after lunch. I am also going to buy some Slow Mag and the Omega 3 tablet. I read on the internet that on a very low calorie diet, like us, you can lose your hair after being on such a diet for 3 months. I am definitely also going to look for something to drink for my hair. I have such thin hair and cannot afford to lose any ......

Hope you all have a fantastic 100% deviation free weekend. I tried to join the Mango Challange but I see it does not appear on my signature. Oh dear, some of us are IT challenged. Will try again.

Good luck to my rugby team - the Blue Bulls who are playing in the Super 14 final against the Chiefs tomorrow. GO BULLS!!!

Umm, true - you need to TELL it to appear. But, if you are having trouble, just ask....

First off, you said you "tried" to join the mango challenge. Are you in, or not? I'm happy to help if I can,

Koh

You've joined your first Mango Challenge, Roxy! I've just put you on the list. You don't actually get to have a mango appear in your signature before you have completed the two weeks deviation free though. Once we get to the next fortnight, which is on 11 June, you come over to the challenge thread, tell me that you've done it, and then you follow the instructions on how to add a mango to your signature. The instructions are here

http://newyouforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6702

And after that, hopefully you will tell me that you're in for the next challenge too!
Stay strong and keep smiling!

Hi Koh and Mette

I am definately in. The dancing mango's look so nice so I thought I just had to add it and it will appear. Thanks for all the assistance.

No Carrieanne, BLUE BULLS not BALLS , hee, hee.

Well, I went for my 8 week weigh in and guess what, I lost 6kg in month 2 . So now I have lost 13kg in 8 weeks. WOW, I was blown away. Here I am thinking I have not lost that much weight but I am doing very well. Only 21kg to go . I am having a huge problem with clothes at the moment but luckily big clothes can be made smaller. I have gone down from a size 22 to a size 18.

Hope you all have a deviation free week!! Let's keep those mango's coming!!!! Can't wait for my first one .

Well, I am in week 9 now and have not deviated once. It really feels good. You know at times it feels as if you are not losing weight. I felt a bit like that this week but I received so many compliments that I felt soooo good and that this diet is sooo worth it .

I am taking Centrum and drank a extra vitamin yesterday at lunch time. I don't know if it was the vitamin but I was really hungry yesterday afternoon. I usually only get hungry about half an hour before I must eat so it was kinda strange. Wonder if anyone else has felt this. I hope it is not the vitamin as I had a lot more energy during the late afternoon and evening. I can usually not keep my eyes open by 8:00 in the evening and I get quiet irritable but I did not feel like that last night.

Otherwise I am still going strong and enjoy reading everyone elses diaries. Thanks for all the tips guys, it really helps. Stay strong and have a wonderful 100% Deviation Free week!! Don't let the little red devil tempt you!!!!!!!!!

I need to get more vitamins-not sure if they cause hunger or not. Its true the compliments help! Stay strong, have you tried green tea that helps me with hunger and staying alert.

I drink 2 x Centrum, 1 x Slow Mag and 1 x Omega 3. My skin was really dry and I must say it has improved with the Omega 3. My legs also pained at night but this is also better since I have been taking the Slow Mag.

No, I have not tried green tea. Will go and get some. I don't usually get hungry that is why it was so strange yesterday. I took another vitamin now with lunch so let's see how it goes.

Thanks Carrieanne. I thought it was some kind of ovarian cyst. Luckily I had a full hystorectomie when I ws 28. My whole factory was taken out and I have been on HTT every since. Also had cysts on my ovaries that burst.

I have been very good over the weekend, as always . I still have so much to lose so I don't want to do anything now to mess it up.

Going strong and keeping strong!!

Well today it is very cold and rainy in Pretoria, SA. I seem to be hungrier on colder days. Luckily we only have winter for about 3 months here. Can't wait for the summer.

Last night I made the Feta and Cauliflower soup and it was delicious. I did not think it would be so nice. Tonight I am having meat loaf. Yummy, can't wait.

Still going strong and still determined to reach my goal of 68kg. When we go on holiday in December I want to be sexy!!! I will have to save for a boob job as the girls are growing south with each passing day . I think with all the money I am saving I can afford it in about a years time. I am just very scared of operations as I have had my fair share.

I am getting to the end of week 10. Will weigh tomorrow morning to see how much I have lost this week. My clothes are now seriously to big for me and I will have to invest in a few new clothes. Can't wait to see what size I will fit into.

Everything is still going well and I am still on track and have not deviated at all. Hope you all have a stunnig Cohen weekend!!

Hi Roxy,

Just want to let you know that I just read through your diary and I found it so uplifting and motivating, I have been struggling with deviations- and after reading your entries I feel happy. Hey Roxy,

Aren't you missing something? It's now past 11th June, you are D-free, but there is no Mango in your sig - what gives ?

And another 2 week challenge is starting - you might want to be in it...

Koh

PS If you have trouble with your "mango sig", give me a hoi !!

Hi Carissa

Thank you for reading my diary. I am glad that I can help others through this journey that we are all going through. When I think about deviating, and luckily it has only been in thought, then I do the following:

1. First, I think about how much effort I have put in over the past 10 weeks and if I eat that chocolate or chips or whatever then I am going to waste all that effort and it will have a serious effect on my weight loss over the next two weeks.....it's just not worth it.

2. Second I drink a extra glass of water or make a decaf cup of coffee. This always helps.

3. I eat all my cracker and fruit allowance during the day. This really helps for the cravings.

4. I keep my goal in focus all the time. I see how far I have come and think where I am going to end up.

5. I visit this AWESOME forum and read other peoples diary's and look at the before and after photos over and over again. By this time I have forgotten about deviating and am looking forward to my new body.

Also, if you are craving sweet things drink magnesium. I read somewhere on this forum that it helps for chocolate cravings. Just hang in there. You will definately be a success .

Sorry Koh, have been so busy I totally forgot. I will add it now and yes, I definately want to be part of the next challenge.

I had a great weekend. Still going strong and deviation free. Hope everyone has a fantastic Cohen week
