Thanks Di! Yes, That's 700g just since Sunday...woo hoo!

I so needed that loss after the stressful week I have been having, so that lovely surprise came right at the right time...yesterday I was 100.4, so it was a 500g drop just overnight - unexpected!

Well done Jenna that is great....
What a great way to mark your launch into double digits.

I was so pleased to be under 100kgs myself so I can imagine how you feel.
Look forward to seeing your progress thru the challenge.

Hope that your week just keeps getting better from here.

Congrats again
Di

congrats jenna - that is such a massive achievement - you should be so happy with yourself!!!

You mentioned that you had a really stressful week last week. I have just finished exams and I cannot believe how much quicker I am loosing now that I don't have that stress and am able to sleep normal hours again. Its amazing what some sleep can do for your body!!!

Thanks, Kit! Stress doesn't seem to slow my losses, really so I am lucky in that way because if ever there was a week that I wouldn't lose due to stress, this would be it!!

There is some serious stuff going down in my life this week - lets just say I can't remember the last time I was this stressed out and had such a gigantic "to do" list...I am just happy that despite this, I am still losing so at least that is a bright spot in my week!

It must be such a relief for you to have finished your exams! I can't wait until I have finished my house move and other various things going on so I can just take it easy for a while!

Moving house is so stressful - you poor thing. Hope that it is all going ok. Just think about how amazing it is going to feel when you are all moved in. I remember about 4 years ago, we had to move out of three houses (family house, holiday house (we moved to our holiday house town) and my grandmothers house after she passed away) - my mum actually went insane. I feel your pain!!!

I would say that 700g in half a week would make anybody's week shine! well done

Hey Kit,
Well done to you as well 1.5kg is a great loss especially since a few days of that was refeed.
I hope your exam went well and the rest of refeed will bring great sleeps and more weight loss for you.
Have a great day

Cheers Di
