Default Help with meal times please

On a working day, pre cohens; I used to have breakfast at 5am (usually a coffee), start work 7am, have a 5 min break at 7.30am (more coffee) my next break is not till 10am, 1/2 hour lunch 12.30pm, finish work at 4pm.
How does one fit in 7 crackers, 3 fruits & 3 meals.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks

OOOOh wow your allowed 7 crackers and 3 fruit !!

Im not working in a workplace as such so I havent had to worrry about this, but could you haveyour breakfast in the 7.30 break at work. Maybe easy if its yogurt. Then lunch at 12.30, and dinner at home.

Perhaps haing your crackers and fruit allowance split with your meals and some for after dinner?

Yup, slimstar is pretty much right...

Have a pre-brekkie snack when you get up at 5am, 1/2 fruit and 2 crackers.

Brekkie (yoghurt) at 7.30am (or 7, doesn't really matter).

Morning snack at 10am (1/2 fruit and 1 cracker)

Lunch at 12.30am

Arvo snack at end of work 4pm (would be better if you could munch it about 3, but see how you go). 1 fruit and 2 crackers

Dinner anytime after 5.30 (about 6 or 6.30 would be perfect)

Supper 1 fruit and 2 crackers at about 8pm.

Hope that helps.

Talking Thanks

Thanks for your advice Asy. Will give it a try. This is only my second day so I guess it takes awhile to work things out.
Thanks again

Default Ate too early..now what?

Hi everyone
So today I, by mistake, had my lunch an hour earlier than the prescribe time, I don't know why: I swear my phone showed "13.30" (the time I was suppose to have lunch) but after i had finished, I checked to see what time it was (so that i know what time to have dinner) and to my terrible surprise my watch showed "12.55" I was in town shopping so i forced myself not to think about it, but now i'm home and i'm ready to pop over to the shops and buy all the food i can get my hands on!?
A deviation is still a deviation so does it matter whether it's a small one or a big one!!
Any insights?
Should i email my consultants and tell them about it?

Hi Chikita,

Aww, don't sweat it.... That's an "oops" in my book - a deviation would be if you HAD gone and bought a whole bunch of food from the shop and downed it all

An "oops" like you had may have some effect, but, in my book, it'd likely be so minor that you won't even notice a difference.

What COULD happen, which you need to address perhaps, is to "let it go", learn to check the time twice for next time, and DON'T become anxious or stressed - as THAT will likely affect your progress FAR MORE than the "oops" did.

So, don't worry, be happy, Chikita. In my mind, you DIDN'T deviate (which, to me, is a deliberate step off the path - that is not what you did). Have a happy day,

Koh

Hey Chikita..

I wouldn't worry about it hey.. you didn't mean to do this & accidents do happen now & again.. what you do is learn from these small mishaps & move on..
Think of how you felt with this minor mistake & then think how much worse you would have felt if you had gone to the shops & eaten everything in sight.. not only that the damage from your small accident will be nothing in comparrison to the damage done if you went on a dramatic binge..

Hang in there & enjoy your experience.. don't stress

Thanks Koh and Faithy
It's very true what u have said and I subconsciously knew it but hearing it from an objective perspective always seems to make so much more sense.
Both of u have made me feel so much more at ease.
Thank you

I look at those as learning curves. They are mistakes and not deviations. You missed you timings but you are not eating non-Cohen foods. This might cause a minor glitch (but very doubtful) but it not like going out a having drinks or other garbage that throws NON-Cohen garbage into you new fat-burning engine. It will work itself out the the system in no time (probably won't have any noticeable effect anyway. Take is as a learning experience and move on now.
