Hey Cobie - Lee

I ask you this 'What are you scared off?' that is the question we need to ask ourselves? Why are we scared to succeed? Why are we scared to be thin? What does that mean? No more self loathing because we are no longer fat? Then what have we got to blame our problems on?

Well thats my experience - it is fear of ourselves and who are we to shine? This journey is an emotional one and we need to look deep at what makes us believe we deserve no better - what messages did we get as children not to believe in ourselves and hate ourselves for how we abuse our body...this is something many of us need to work through with a psychologist...we dont get 170kg or in my case 117kg for NO reason...what is that reason...the answers may be more confronting than what we can deal with now...maybe we need to gather strength and try to face those head on

Just checking in with you Cobie_Lee. Haven't heard from you for a while and hope you're doing OK. Step by step you'll arrive at the other end before you know it.

Melissa

My NYF Diary
Default Re: NEED HELP - to stay deviation free

ive been pretty flat out with organising day care by tuesday, as i start tafe, and been running around getting everything ready.. D-free still, and my weight which went up 2 134.9 is back down to 129.4... yay..

Went and seen a dr about the results and i apparently have perfect everything (except my weight) and they dont know why i have lots of headaches and dizziness. Big help there...

Thanks for finding the time to catch up. Well done with your program and the drop in weight. As I said in my diary it still amazes me how quickly the weight just falls off. I struggled for 20 years trying this and that and added about 50kg in the process.

Its great news about your results though. Nothing like a good report card. Doctors can be so helpful sometimes and not others. I have found that when I deviate I get headaches and when I drink too much water I get dizzy. I know when I have to ease off because of that. I have also read here somewhere that if you drink a lot of water to put a little celtic salt in it to help replenish your body.

Good luck with tafe.
