20/7/11 - 73.4 (loss 1.4kg) - not a very good week sigh

Hi Dee,
I'm sure people have said this before but any loss is good loss. You might not have lost as much weight as you would have liked but maybe the cm's disappeared instead. I have to keep reminding myself of this as i judge by scales not measurements.
