Hey GUG (I love your animations) and totally agree we are all awesome and heading in the right direction, no matter how far we have to go.
Greetings Miss Nat and Hexi - Our little club of LOSERS will keep you honest
I have to watch myself though as I am a believer in "tough love" - sometimes in the forum it isn't a bad/negative thing as we need a reality check from time to time and we have to front up to ourselves and focus on why we make destructive choices at times. We all know how easy it is to self sabotague (sp?) especially we 10kg club members who are getting so close.
Have to remember ladies it's not a race........(said of course because so far I am the furthest from goal).

I totally agree LB. Just like Nat said, tis so easy to get so close and then think - nah, this wont hurt and self sabotage. That is what I personally want from this group. The tough love for you to say - thats not good enough and push through to the end!

This then is a powerful context for anything else you do in life cause if you sabotage towards the end here, I think the question must be asked. How often do you do that in other areas in your life? Aggg - time to show up and be truthful and accountable to everyone in the 10KG group.

I love this closer support now to the finish line and then into refeed.
Tis the best. Thankyou LB.

Great thoughts Deelight - I really like the fact that by being members of this EXCLUSIVE group of LOSERS, we are making ourselves accountable to the group.
Don't mind letting ourselves down but woooooohhhh lightening will strike you (or maybe cramp in a leg at 2.00am) if you let down the group!

Hi Suzieblue - Welcome - you are a LOSER too!! Is your ticker weight up to date - ie 9.7 to goal/refeed? Why do you need to drink 22nd May????? Info we may need to keep you "accountable"
Me thinks though that you will need to be a wonderwoman to loose 9 kg and finish refeed (so you can drink) by 22nd May - GOOD LUCK

Yep Jlou - I'm with you.
This is tough love a comin cause this is danger time
where it could be easy to get a little lax.
We cant let each other down. Also I like the idea of a weekly
update similar to what mumandnana has done with the 6 week
challenge cause then it is very obvious if I happen to have been
naughty. Maybe not losing a lot but if I gain and if I dont move
for 2 or 3 weeks then the obvious becomes apparent to all

Accountability and honesty....... Love it.! Narelle

I'm for a pledge - (SCAREY thought...hand on heart - I mean over mouth)
We are so close it would be a great reality call to each of us. I find the mango challenges keep me honest so feel good about PP (Pledge Power).
Do you want to put something together Jlou or we each do our own and put it in this thread??
Lets see what comments come in over the weekend and start with the new week on Monday.

oh Ladybird one of my closest friends has been living in melbourne for the past 5 months and we are having a 'surprise' going away for her so I'll be sad to see her go if I can't have another drink with her....

I started Cohens on the 8th of Feb. So will be 12 weeks as of monday and presently sitting on 72.8kg! ....

Hey Suzieblue great results well done. Now for the "tough love". If you were a friend of mine I wouldn't mind at all if you drank Sprite Zero at my going away surprise party if you were on this diet and not on maintenance !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Bronnie, I'm with Narelle, WELCOME ABOARD. We just have sooo much tough love to dish out there is HEAPS to go around. I'm not sure what figures people are using - for me it is to the top of my goal range.
Even though we'd all like to be a really slim chickkade, I personally think I will be looking pretty scrawny by then so am sort of hoping to be crying refeed a little above my goal??? I guess it's a wait (WEIGHT) and see!!
Happy shrinking.
