I have to say that when I was on Cohens last time around I felt the cold so badly, and did for quite some time afterwards. It's not until now that I have porked up a bit again that I am noticing I'm not quite as cold (although previously was always warm and now have more cardigans than anyone I know as can't go anywhere without one, even now).
So, it seems, for me anyway, post cohens, both thin and thicker, I've stayed more aware of the cold...
the mystery continues

interesting. have always felt the cold. But recently seem we have had a quick cold snap im just freezing all the time. even 4 layers doesnt seem to warm me up. The hot bath seems to be about the only thing.I think its the amounts we are eating too and feeling alot more hungry then before as well. trying to keep my flask on me as warm tea does help abit. but really not looking forward to working out doors in winter on cohens.

I've read that once your caloric intake drops below a certain level in comparison to your bodies 'needs', one of the first essential functions to cease operating is temperature regulation.
