As for quinoa, good to see it's a possibility. I was thinking it might be a decent breakky option actually, I saw some quinoa porridge type recipes....nice break from egg everyday and still protein based instead of the usual carbcarbcarb breakky options! I also saw a nice looking curried quinoa and veg....yummo.... http://www.quinoa-recipes.com/#Anchor-63750 I've used quinoa before, but only really in salads - so would be nice to experiment a bit with my new found cohen cookery skills
