Monday 19 Jan: Start - 85.5kg
Monday 26 Jan: Wk 1 - 84.7kg (800g total) Slow.... very slow. I lost 800grams in 7 days. I think it is because there is only 18 kilos left it will be a battle. But it is still going down. Still DF though and not a problem with that at all. |
