I am really struggling with nausea but I will get there. One of these days I'm sure I will get up and not have any. Glad to hear you are going so well.

Hi Bonjovi,

Well, here you are in Personal Diaries !! Painless, wasn't it?

To ALWAYS be able to find your diary, why not click on Favourites, and Add this address to it, so you'll always be able to find.

Mind you, by going straight to Personal Diaries, this will now be its home until you start a Refeed Diary !! :woohoo: (hang in there, it's a-coming for you),

Hi Bonjovi, just checking in with you and how you're doing? How are you finding the program? I am finally feeling better and not sick all the time - woohoo! My head space is a different matter though. Sounds like you're doing well so keep going! xx

Have you been in touch with your clinic re this? It could be a simple matter like needing a bit (more?) of chromium, or vitamins. But THEY are the best people to ask about that,

My third week weigh and measure today. Yay lost 5inches and 2.4kg this week!!! I am very pleased with that as I have found this week a bit of a struggle. I have wanted to eat everything and anything in sight but have not deviated. I think that is the key to this program staying 100% commited, not always easy, but good on everyone that does!
