Woo Hoo! Yippee! Whoop whoop!!

I am officially out of the 90's. This has been a huge achievement for me. I have not seen 88.5 on a scale in years and it feels freakin awesome!

I deviated on Xrissie and paid the price. Did I mention that Ice Cream does not taste that good anymore?

My past two weeks were very busy due to the crazy Christmas Season and school holidays and deadlines at work, but I just keep calm and Cohen on!

Motto for 2015.... Make it count!

Not too sure if this happens to everybody but my hair is growing like weed! If I look at my start photos of Cohen and now 11 weeks on, there is a huge difference.

Not that I want to complain, but this was not expected. What a bonus.

I am really happy with the steady weight loss and 56cm thinner. I see my arms, upper chest and boobies are really shrinking and finally, the bum lost 2 cm!

Upper thigh also a loss of 2 cm this week and I can feel the work trousers becoming baggy which is the best motivation in weeks!

Went to the shops yesterday and walking past the food court I noticed that the food on display does not smell nice. Wonder if this is a mind game or just because it contains all the ingredients I no longer consume.

My motto for the next week: I got myself this far, I will keep going!

Keep calm and Cohen on

Audree,

You are so right. When you truly want to loose weight, it is not easy. It takes focus, determination, commitment and most important DISCIPLINE.

Don't let anybody tell you it is easy, because it is NOT. It is tough work, hard work, repetitive and your organizational skills should be sharp during your entire journey.

It takes more than just a thought being on Cohens Lifestyle Change, because it is not just a DIET, it is a chemical balance being restored within your body. And what saddens me the most is when obese people blame their "genes" for their weight problem.

I reached 123 kilos and still fell pregnant (with difficulty) and out of desperation I had a small bowel bypass for 6 years. Almost died. Had it reversed last June and the kilos piled up by the speed of lightyears and within 4 months I weighed 105.8 ... again.

And this time it took me 4 months to get my mind in gear, get myself focused and decided if I ever go on a weight loss plan, there is only 1, nothing else.

And let me tell you, it is tough some days, BUT SO VERY WORTH IT. EVERY SINGLE KILO, EVERY SINGLE CENTIMETRE.

I will keep Calm and Cohen on.

Good on you E....so sorry you've had to go through such a hard time.

I think most of us round here would have tried loads of other programs, with or without success.....but yet, this is the only one I've been able to get some good weight loss under my belt....for want of a better phrase.

I understand about the discipline. I wrote about much the same things a few days ago. You should add to my list!!!

What you're the most right about E is that its so totally and 100% worth it.

Hi EEEE

Sadly I was that person, I truly believed it's because I'm big boned etc etc. Imagine my surprise when I got down to 70kgs and the SMALL clothes fitted me and I def didnt look big boned. At least Cohens was an eye opener... it's all me, I caused it, but thankfully I am the one that will correct it. So Cohen on girl, I'm right behind you

So tomorrow will be the 12 week mark.

I went to visit our other company branch today to move some equipment around and upon my arrival, I was bombarded with people.

Compliments were overflowing and hundreds of questions were asked about my success of slimming so quickly and over festivities. Obviously the people saw me in November last year, at the start of my journey and the majority returned yesterday after festive holidays and over-indulging.

What can I say? I like the skinnier me.

Oh - and I have updated my photo album. I am really happy after I realized how much weight and cm's are gone. Because I haven't lost them, they are not coming back.

I will keep calm... and cohen on.

I hit the 12 week mark yesterday and so far 57cm gone and 19.7kg gone!

Size 16 is within reach and reading through all the other diaries, it is so inspiring and motivational to keep going.

I am losing a lot of hair all of a sudden? I supplemented myself with Zinc this morning and I hope this will be a temporary loss as I don't have thick luscious hair.

When they asked me before I was born I said "Thick hair and thin body please" obviously they heard Thin hair, Thick body. But I am working on that body!

Motto for this week: It is not easy, but it is so worth it.

Laters, ladies!

Awesome losses Stick with the zink on a daily basis, the vitamin is awesome for your skin gaining back its elasticity otherwise you might be on a real bummer at the end of plan with loose skin .

There is a hair nails vitamin some people have used. I never had the loss of hair issue, but have known people to suffer really badly from the effect

Congrats and all the best, you look fantastic in the new photo
