Not a very good week for me...
1 February- Start Weight 73.6kg 8 Feb: 72.5 - loss 1.1kg 15 Feb: 72.3 - loss 0.2kg 22 Feb: 29 Feb: 2 Mar: Goals: 1. to weigh 68.8 on 2 March (4.8gks in 4 weeks and 12kgs in total) 2. For my legs not to rub together anymore Rewards: Trip to Fiji! Total loss: 1.3kg |

1 Feb - start weight 68.6kg 8 Feb - 67.7kg -.9kg 15 Feb - 66.6kg -1.1kg 22 Feb - 29 Feb - 2 March - Goal: to loss 4.6kg to get to 64kgs and fit size 10 comfortably. Reward: a nice oven top espresso coffee maker Total Loss: 2.0kg |

Maybe not as much as you wanted Missparker but it is still 3kg less than you were at the beginning of the month. I am sure once you get under the 70.0kg barrier, your scales will move quicker - I think the body just wants to reshape before it hits it.

Reward: a nice oven top espresso coffee maker Total Loss: 5.0kg Goals achieved - size 9's and 10's fit without the muffin top. However found out that the oventop espresson coffee maker I was looking at doesn't work with induction cook tops. But I did treat myself to a Keratin hair straightening treatment and colour last week so should probably give the credit card a rest. |

1 February- Start Weight 155.5kgs 5 Feb: 154.7 (-0.8kgs) 12 Feb: 153.2 (-1.5kgs) 19 Feb: 152.2kgs (-1kgs) 26 Feb: 151kgs (1.2kgs) 4 Mar: Goal - 149.9kgs (loss of 5.6kgs) Reward.. Dunno what I want.. Total Loss: 4.5kgs (im happy that I lost 4.5kgs but I wish it was more) |
