Re: The Tourniquet Challenge: 10 kilos in 8 weeks 23rd April to Sunday 17th June, 201
Morning fellow shrinkers!
Todays weight is 77.75kg (so very happy with that number considering this is only day 6 and already 2.2kg gone!!!), jeans I am wanting to be a little more comfortable is size 12 (atm the jeans are a very tight fit, with a hell of a lot of muffin top going on.) Lets hope in the next 8 weeks that changes! Good luck all, and hell yeah to looking and feeling amazing in our skinner jeans! |

Morning All
Hey all you Early Risers Welcome to (1) BellaandMeg (2) Rochy (3) zq1104511 (4) time4it2go (5) MaggieLyn (6) Bernie11 and me! (7) Kristine So good to see you up and at it! My Morning Stats are: Start Weight 75.80 kilos Jeans - a very old pair of Fletcher Jones jeans - high waisted, size 16 - wore them all day yesterday so the Tourniquet fit in the morning felt actually not too bad by evening, but OMG the flow over! Throw a few chocolate chips my way and you could have sold me with coffee as a choc-bit muffin! So these are a Tight Fit. The waisted style will mean being able to wear them even when they are still size 16 and I am a size 10, so saggy, baggy FJs, here I come!! ** On an administrative note, as Challenger please make sure you
Each week, update these 2 x datum - weight, and fit of the same garment I shall collate the information and try and post the previous week's results late in each week but before the next Monday comes around Good Luck! We shall all do marvellously well and in 8 weeks - when we weigh and measure ourselves on the Monday 18th June we shall all be 10 kilos lighter!! Go for it!! And there is still room for more – provided you can enter the required information, feel free to join in any time this week! Wouldn't it be great if there was so many of us that the thread became a Tight Fit!!! Kristine

Re: The Tourniquet Challenge: 10 kilos in 8 weeks 23rd April to Sunday 17th June, 201
Hello fellow Cohens, I'm all set for the challenge, todays weight is 84.25. Looking forward to typing in 73.25, that would be a dream come true. I presently fit a size 14 jeans, which give me the bulgie look, tight around the waste, huge muffin top, and my bum is sucked in and generally they are far too tight. So after the challenge I would be so happy if they just looked like they should look, straight sides etc and no muffin top. Good luck everyone, stick to it.

Re: The Tourniquet Challenge: 10 kilos in 8 weeks 23rd April to Sunday 17th June, 201
Good morning all
This mornings weight is 98 KGs. I'm in a size 20 pair of work pants and a 22 shirt - eek! My work pants are a nice fit. I would think after a further 10kg loss I just might be comfortably into an 18 !!! Thanks Kristine for organising this challenge !! |

I need a big kick up the bottom, and a jolt of inspiration. This challenge just might do the trick. I'm in too! 10kg in eight weeks would be mega awesome!
On my scales at home: 91.7kg Size 18 Trousers (very tight fit - maxed out!)

Re: The Tourniquet Challenge: 10 kilos in 8 weeks 23rd April to Sunday 17th June, 201
I'm going ok, I'm on a roll, a bit tricky this morning as I made heaps of Anzac biscuits for the family (honestly) and I havent had even a lick, stayed very strong, but the fact that I know they are there hidden out of site has been playing on my mind all afternoon. I no that if I had one I would not stop so I'm not going to. I wouldnt let a biscuit deviate me but oh the mind thing is getting to me.

Ok. Found my pair of pants. Size 14 jeans (high-waisted), so tight there is more coming out the top than in the jeans! Yukko!

Can't even get my favourite size 12's over the hips, that is how much damage I have to undo, I'm sure I can do it in 8 weeks... so exciting
Cheers Marg

Re: The Tourniquet Challenge: 10 kilos in 8 weeks 23rd April to Sunday 17th June, 201
Good day for me. Many opportunities to be lead astray but I stayed resolved to be deviation free. But I'm agreeing with Toothfairy as I also know where there is stuff (whittakers new peanut butter chocolate) in our cupboards and the mind games r having a field day with me. But I want to see this challenge through and prove to myself that I can do it!

HI all - I went to the ANZAC day footy match at the MCG yesterday taking my packed lunch and snacks. It was easy - and my yummy salad was so much nicer than a semi cold pie !
Week one of the challenge is half over and I hope everyone is staying motivated and DF !!! |

Re: The Tourniquet Challenge: 10 kilos in 8 weeks 23rd April to Sunday 17th June, 201
Adding my start weight (as i gained from my last post )
Start weight - 149.3kgs (sunday weigh in day) goal - 139.3kgs (135kg would be great, 129.9kgs would be fantastic) pants: size 24 jeans, tight and only just do up so Tourniquet fit.. Hoping to fit in to them more comfortably, then have them be too big Last edited by cobie_lee; 26-04-2012 at 13:43. |
