Hi Manda - you are doing so great! I'm happy for you!

[ With Caro for a sister you did not have much chance did you? ]

Where is the third sister? Must be Europe? South America [to maintain the even distribution in the world]? Any other siblings?

Where can I see your photos?

You are doing so, so well - keep it up!

HI Shell and Caro, nice to be here.
Hi Kenga, I have changed my album to public so hopefully you can see the pics now.

Would you believe this is the 3rd time I have typed this reply. The first time my son pushed the forward key, and the second, my daughter pushed the back key......I think they are in cahoots
Well I started off slow this week but am finally back to seeing some losses. All of my size 14 pants are now gone and I went shopping on the weekend for new size 12 ones...and even they are a little baggy. Not only has this diet reminded me of how it feels to be healthy and like myself but it is also teaching me that my body does not need all the sugary treats I was eating. I no longer crave sweets and look forward to my apple treats.
Next week sees two of my kids return from Australia and a family holiday to San Diego, Disneyland and LA. It will be a challenge but I am determined to prepare well ahead of time and to not deviate. I will try a few of the yummy looking recipes this week, including Caro's egg breakfast muffins.......
Well I think I had better quit while I'm ahead and post this before it gets deleted again.
Take care everyone and have a great week of weight loss :0)

xxamandamc

Hi Caro...I am very sorry but the only hand me downs I have are 14's and they will be too big for you now We are both 12s now (although its a size 10 here in the US). Thank god I kept some of my clothes from wayback...it would cost me a fortune otherwise. I will however take any orders for Levis, Calvin Kliens etc that you have and send them back with her. Bearing in mind that they probably would not fit you for long at the rate you are going Love you. xx a

OK, I made it through San Diego Zoo, Disney land, Legoland and Seaworld without putting on any weight....or strangling the kids. The sad news is I didn't lose any either. A few "little" hiccups and another sick day saw me not go so well with my diet and forgetting meals and not measuring when out to dinner. I felt a bit down that a few wrong choices have put me a week behind my goals, but I am going to pull myself back up and move forward. At the end of the day I am only 2.5 kilos away from my goal weight and that is astonishing to me after so many years with it seeming out of reach. I can and will do this and I will make sure that it is for the long term. I feel like I have just gotten away with not looking after myself for the last 40 years and now it is time to look after me
On a lighter note, I have my daughter visiting and we are now the same size...she cant believe it, but has taken the opportunity to steal alot of my clothes Thankfully I have bigger feet ... so my shoes are safe.
Hope everyone is doing well and looking after themselves.

xa

We checked you out on FB last night and the collective response was - WOW - well you probably know that it was a little more colourful than that but - WOW - sums it up. You look great and so tiny!!

How cool though - you may not have lost - BUT you didn't gain either!!!! I am so proud of you, you are doing so well - but I am still Pop's favourite - MUAWHAHAHAHA!

I have said it before people and I will say it again - THIS IS MY SISTER - AND SHE ROCKS!!!

First of all we should just clarify that the oldest is always the favourite

After a couple of days I am back on the weight loss train and have under 2 kgs to go to my 'personal' goal of 70kgs. I'm thinking I will then order my re feed, keep going for a few weeks to get closer to my 'ideal' weight and then hook into the re feed ?? I am hoping in the future to be able to stay between 65-70kgs, it is where I am definitely the most comfortable...

Congrats Caryn on the shirtdress....I love them and wish I didnt have that horrible button phobia hanging over my head Cant wait to see your new pics...put some up please.

To everyone else, keep on looking after yourselves and moving forward. As I have just realised in the last week, slip ups and colds come and go, but it is important to refocus and look to the future.

xxamanda

ps. Much to my husbands horror I also have a new found love for shopping. The other day in an outlet mall his exact words were "I have never seen you like this" like I had some horrific disease Hes coming to terms with it though......

Unfortunately you cannot be vaccinated against shopping! Ian is hoping that research will commence in the very near future!

Apparently the only vaccine I needed was to see my credit card bill...will have to refrain a little in the future

Well I have under 1 kg to go to my personal goal weight of 70kgs. This is the weight and size that I was after having my first baby...I was 21. I'm feeling good and cant believe how much better I feel without lugging around that extra 15kgs....which coincidently is the weight of my youngest, so really I was carrying twins
I emailed away about my refeed yesterday so hopefully I hear something soon, but I'm thinking I will finish out the 12 weeks before beginning, which will give me a chance to lose a few more kilos and sit comfortably within Cohens goal weight and mine. Im a bit nervous about what may happen to me afterwards though.
Anyway better start go have an omlette and start getting kids up. One less this week with my oldest returning to Australia after a quick and hectic visit.

Take care everyone and look after you.

xamanda

OMG Caro, we are only 4kgs apart....when was the last time that was the case?? You are blitzing this diet.
I am due to begin refeeding at the end of next week, I only have 1 pound to go until my personal goal Cohens would like me to lose another 5 kgs, I might come halfway to the party and try for another 2.5 (hopefully I will lose some on the refeed as well) , I am really comfortable where I am...except for my belly, which is certainly showing the signs of those 4 babies and is where all of my leftover flab seems to me holding a meeting.....there and on my Bulgarian arms....
Got to go and give son number 2 a horsey ride to bed
