Well I don't know what happened to me, because I've finally given in to the devi-devil. I was doing so well and you know who poped up and grabbed me at a moment when I wasn't expecting them!!!!!

Thought I was being confident, but maybe I was just being too sure of myself, something I thought I would've learnt by now....not to think we have arrived at the point we need to be because it is a constant battle and always will.

I remember a few times thinking I was on top of something that I was trying to conquer and before I knew it I was ensnared again.

Will I ever learn....

Dont be to hard on yourself, i am quickly learning this is going to be a tough battle and if like me you need to be on this program for 9months it makes it seem even more far away. I just need to keep telling myself that along those 9 months i will be seeing big changes and will start to live the life I have wanted, a skinny life, I am terrible at only seeing the big picture and not focusing on what is in front of me day by day.

Start fresh this morning and move forward from your hiccup. You have had a great loss so far

Hey Lyn!! Yeah dont be too hard on yourself, I always find the weekends especially for me are really tricky to keep on track as we go out with friends or we go over and see friends etc and at those times I do stay as close to cohens friendly as I can, but there have been multiple moments where I have fallen off the wagon, but I hop back on the very next day and start again And then I suffer for it, its me that suffers for it, I have stayed the same weight for 3 days now and that is because I deviated and I will suffer the consequences, Im only harming myself! Get back on the horse, you will be okay We are all here to help you

Thanks NicoleS & Snuggly_Boots. I am on my fourth day of deviation and am so dissapointed with myself. I knew if I gave in it would be hard for me to get back on track, that's what happened to me last time, I just gave up.

BUT NOT THIS TIME......

I am starting afresh tomorrow. I was sick last night and I knew it was from the food I'd been eating, so this morning I decided I was gonna fast and did real well until late afternoon. I'm obviously hopeless when it come to food, anyhow, I have decided to put it behind me and start from scratch, so tomorrow will be my new day one.

I need this program and I need the discipline, so now its time time to kick the sabotage where the sun don't shine, its not welcome here anymore.
