This was a tougher week for me and a slower loss but am keeping on keeping on!
Autumn Challenge Goal: Lose 10.4 kilos (61kg - top end of my goal weight when I can start refeed!) Start Weight, 1st March: 71.4kg Week 1, 8th March: 70.0kg (-1.4kg) Week 2, 15th March: 68.6kg (-1.4kg) Week 3, 22nd March: 67.9kg (-0.7kg) Total loss: 3.5kg Remaining: 6.9kg |

Getting lean looks so far away... but here is the first step
Progress 18 March 2014 - 99.6kg 25 March 2014 - 96.8kg TOTAL LOST - 2.8kg I deviated over the weekend though, my 1st weekend and I deviate! Now I can only go for my 4 weeks bloods on 22 April. On the brighter side will help keep me in check for the Easter loooooong weekend. |

Hi all, I cannot weigh now because I have broken my electronic bathroom scale. But my clothes are getting loose. I will do measurements on Saturdays now.

Im going to jump in half way through just to challenge me to see how much i can loose until the end od may it give me about 7 weeks so i will challnge myself to get as close as i can to 10kg but not less than 7

Sometimes the Cohen's gods are cruel like that. Alas I will persevere and hope next week I can crack 1 kilo or more loss. Never know - I have read about losses slowing right down in the last few kilos. Maybe that's just how it goes. |

Plateaus happen Gigglez! They can mess with our head but the trick is to just accept that they happen. I've had some where the scales didn't budge for a couple of weeks and I was definitely 100% on plan the whole time. It was frustrating but you must keep going. You will see it slide off again after a while
