Never mind, it will 100% arrive tomorrow, so I'm doing breakfas and lunch off the old program, as I don't want to delay another day! This is it. My time to shine! (slightly scared, well make that absolutely terrified!)

WEll Day one, so far so good.
Did a bit of a shop, and am extremely annoyed at this damn sugar withdrawel headache! doing that Day one normal shuffle, this si the time when i'd try to restart my old program, that i'd waver, and "start tomorrow" holding on strong so far, need that zone. Rebooked my trip to Italy for the 7th of September, so need to be pretty much done by then!!! I suppose I should do myself a ticker... off to have a hot bath, and an early night after my cohens dinner. Happy Cohening everyone!

Italy will be a great incentive to lose those pesky kg's. I remember seeing only bikini's on beaches - even on the 80 year olds - I felt so out of place in my one piece. How I would love to go back now and really enjoy those beaches and the warm water.
Day one is over, and wishing you well of the next few until the zone is reached. WB |

Day 3 done and dusted. Ironically, I've had the roughtest few nights. Extremely emotional and not really something I want to get into here. I fought cravings of wine, cookie dough (i never cooked it, just ate it raw!), bbq shapes and the list goes on. Oddly, all I did was bawl. Really ugly cry. Im not a big crier, I guess I eat or drink my emotions away, so it was so odd to sit down and just ugly cry. Did it till 1am this morning. was like a tap! hahahah in hindsight its kinda fully. So here I am, end of day 3, deviation free. Frankly, its a miricale. Had a sneak peak at the scales this morning. exactly 1kg down in 2 days. gotta be happy with that. we all know its not fat, but boy its motivating. I can't wait to italy and yes, i'll be in a bikini! i was at the end of my last cohens stint so I have beautiful alanah hill bikinies in my wardrobe that I can't wait to pull out again. AND i have a white string bikini!!! ooooo yay! i have so many beauitful clothes in my wardrobe from when I finished last time, I can't wait to ge into them again, so I wont' be spending too much money over the next few weeks. A lot of us are still here, struggling to lose the kgs. gained. At least, you are on the right track by coming out in the open and declaring you gained weight and need support to be able to succeed the second ( or nth) time. You can do it! |

ugh!!!!! I need to give myself a good kick up the butt! one day i'm on plan, next I'm off, I've flipped flopped around this first month and should be at least 6kgs lighter!!!
I think its because I'm single, I keep going out, partying and having fun. But I have to start because when I am out, I feel like a lump!!! agggggggggggggggh Okay everyone, kick my butt, I need it!
