Is no-fat Greek style yogurt okay?

Hi Everyone,

I just had a tup of the Black Swan No fat yogurt last week and thought it was pretty good - although I could taste the soy flavour in it - it contains "soy solids" - whatever that is.

I've found another yogurt that is pretty good also. Its not as creamy as the Black swan and Vaalia but I like it because its not quite as "tangy" as the other two - for those that dont like the sourness of natural yogurt.

The yogurt brand is "Gippsland Dairy" and its called "fat free natural organic yogurt". It comes in a 1kg tub for under $5 and I bought mine from Coles.

Its also lower in carbs than the Black swan and Vaalia.
