Lovely, fantastic three hour gossip session with Michellebell, Viva and Hewie this afternoon... all things Cohen, refeed, maintenance, other forum members, converting other people, hubbies, artificial sweeteners and Nutella!
We went to a coffee shop in the Swan Valley which was a great place to go... if youre going to drink coffee you might as well make it a good one! Three of us had the iced long black that JWoodward suggested... really nice especailly on a hot day. They have a wonderful collection of mugs, cups and teapots for sale and we took a number of photos of mugs we thought would suit some of you. Youll have to look in my albums for those as there are too many to post here. Sorry if we've missed anyone but we ran out of time! Next meeting in a couple of months  Back row Viva, Hewie Front row Dezzy, Michellebell and the mug says "size matters:!!!

I'm not trying to look perfect ... I just want to feel better, look great, know I'm healthy, and be able to rock any outfit I choose! I started my journey on 22/10/11 weighing 121.86 kg, and reached my goal weight on 21/09/12 having lost a total of 55.76kg. In 2015 I will be making myself a priority in my life and regaining contol.

It was a lovely afternoon with Michellebelle and Dezzy and Hewie too. What inspiring and encouraging company. It was lovely to sit and chat about all things Cohens and to hear each others stories and journey's and some laughs, especially about Nutella
, Dezzy is a good sport . It was good to get to know the people behind the posts. Everyone looked fantastic too. I think we could have chatted for hours longer but me and Hewie had to get veggies and fruit on the way home. "Iced coffee" was very yummy, will be going back for another one. Dezzy it's Michelle and Hewie at the back and viva and Dezzy in the front. Looking forward to next get together.
