The reason I'm here in this forum is because I want to be accountable to myself foremost and those around me. <font color="#00bf00">Started the plan on 11 January 2016 </font>and I'm almost done with week 2 and I feel amazing. Every time I go for a weigh in be it weekly or monthly I will be updating my progress as well as my day to day struggles if any and I truly will appreciate any support as I believe this is what will keep me going. My aim is to reach goal weight of 62-68kg as per Dr Cohen meaning I need to lose up to 60kg's this year. Seems a bit too much if you ask me but it is what it is and I'll make sure I get there this time around.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here we go!!!

Hi Mylasttry hoe are you getting on? I totally get where you have been at., even after having teached goal ( briefly, I might add) for me it's a constant mind battle to stay ' in the zone' but you have the ability if you can manage to stay focused perhaps by drawing motivation from outside if you can make that work. ....sending good thoughts your way.....
