OK - anyone got some good tips how to speed up the weight loss beyond doing 100% cohens? Maybe drinking more water? Or eating earlier at night? I'm open to suggestions.....

I would like to join this challenge please... stats are: Name: miss_nat Start Weight: 65kg Goal: 58kg (refeed) Reward: thigh high boots Thanks! Panda, some ideas I've picked up from the forum for speeding up the weight loss (in addition to following plan 100%) are: - space meals out by more than 5 hours - eat the same protein for lunch and dinner - swap your meals around so you're eating the largest meal in the morning - be really strict on how much you sleep and when (i.e. go to bed at the same time every night if possible) - choose the leaner proteins (i.e. chicken breast, seafood, tofu over cheese and red meat) Hope that helps!

I hope I'm not too late. I have lost my way and have managed to put 2 kilos on so I would love to join this challenge and get rid of those 2 and a bit more. So 8kgs in 6 weeks. Yay, my first challenge. This is going to be great! I'm already visualising my goal and it's sort of getting mixed up with all your goals - a messy sort of vision of long boots, refeed plans, beauty products and hot jeans!
