Well weight was -200gms to 60.1 this morning so I am going to say this is my last day of Refeed. What happens if it is up again tomorrow morning, do I have to go back 2 days still?? I had a Vodka last night, and it wasn't that great - at all. Not sure if I will have another today, or do I have to? You should have seen the look on my daughters face when I sat down and had my sweet biscuit with them yesterday. Her jaw dropped, and she goes 'um ahhh mum, are you sure you are allowed to have that, does your refeed say you can? You are so lucky mum you get to have bikkies and carrots and everything on your diet now. She is only 4, well almost 5 and she has been so funny while I have been doing Cohens, always asking if I am allowed to have this or 'did the cohens ladys say you are allowed to eat that She watches me like a hawk. Anyway Hope everyone has a great day. |

Hi DC,
Aww, you gotta love 'em, eh? Kids are just the BEST (maybe with the exception of their "teenage years" ) Quote:
She sounds like she is a little delight.... Koh

Hi DC
Well done on completing refeed. It is a bit of a worry when the scales go up but I'm glad to see you've made it to the end. Now onwards into maintenance. All the best. X LL

Congratulations on finishing, DC.
I wondered about being up more than 1 kg the morning after the last day. However, it doesn't make sense to go back two days and repeat. The idea is that if you do that twice and don't stabilise back down below the 1 kg you've reached the point where you are having as many calories in a day as your body can handle. Therefore, if you repeated you still can't get beyond the last day anyway, even if the weight goes back down. Hope to see you in maintenance occasionally. AJ

Back again to do it all over again, starting from exactly the same weight as last time. My health is not good and my doctor is predicting all sorts of nasty things if I don't lose weight. What else do I do? I help people make money and I help people save money. Please take a look at http://www.acnlinks.clancie.com.au/ |
