 Started Cohens Saturday 7 March 2009 - Dr Cohen's ideal weight 59-62 kgs 1 August 2009 - Had gall bladder removed  - 22 August 2009 - Restarted Cohens after gall bladder removal23 September 2009 - Started refeed at 59.6kg - 8 October 2009 - Finished refeed at 59.2kg - total lost on Cohens 38kg 100% Cohens Challenge DEVIATION FREE:  x 8

Giving this another go as I know it works. It's been years since I fully completed the program, and with great success. But I'm not in a happy place now that menopause is on the menu.  2008 stats: Start weight= 89.9kg (8/8 ) Final weight > refeed = 54.1kg (24/12) |

Hi Mette,
Can you count me in for the next mango challenge, I'm excited to have just completed my first mango eventhough I haven't deviated since starting 12.5 weeks ago.... How do I claim my mango, can anyone tell me please ? I tried claiming my waterwise for the challenge that ended 31/05 and couldn't seem to get it to post....any help would be great Cheers and thanks Di

Just a big happy hushpuppy  I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !! Last edited by Kohinoor; 11-06-2009 at 21:24. |
