looks yummy. however, fresh chili is not allowed in my program. i remember my consultant telling me that chili can increase your appetite.

I often make garlic and chilli prawns but have never added the balsamic... And oh my goodness.... What a difference yummy! Definitely worth a try. Might give it a go with chicken also
