Good luck - hope your scale jump goes well for you. Main thing is to not let ANY result kick you off the Plan, eh? You need it for a good reason, and anyway, we know that weight is not shed regularly, weekly. Some can have a 500g week, and then a 1.9Kg drop the next. It does what it does.
Nothing you can do to speed it up - just stay the course, and smile (even if the scales aren't friendly). OK?

Hugs,
Koh

Hi Mesm,
Remember when we are not loosing we are shifting. I am in shifting mode now, I have been lacking with my getting in here lately. So I will try to behave again. I still got 2k to go. You are doing great. Talk later!! Keep it up, stay away from shrimp paste unless you are gluing them back together.

hello forum world... nothing much to report but my week 7 losses!!

in spite of overeating my crackers (for a few days!) with that shrimp paste and gaining 800grams at the end of week 6, I stepped on the scale this morning and I lost a whopping 3.2kgs!!! if i deduct the 800gr weight gain, its still a 2.4kgs loss during week 7.. am a happy bunny.

Yesterday was particularly tough. I was feeling low due to some issues im trying to solve. I felt it in my gut, that uneasy, dreadful feeling and all I can think about is food! Hello Ms. Emotional Eater! An hour after meal 2 I was already thinking of what to else eat, I wanted Ben's Cookies and Garett popcorn. It was a mental struggle. I waited 1.5hr and ate my last cracker portion of the day. After work, went straight to the supermarket, bought my proteins, drove home and portioned my proteins. I didnt even stop to change clothes so I dont get tempted to sit, do nothing and think about eating something else! After portioning my meats, I cooked my dinner. It was still early to have it so I drank tea (slowly) as I waited for the time.

Least to say, I was successful on staying OP yesterday and got to watch the new Conjuring movie too (not really sure how those 2 are related, but it was a good end to the day)

bring it on week 8!

... so you just had to go and prove it to yourself, and what a way to prove it !!

Lemme see now - comparison please:-

WOW !! that is a whole 4Kg difference in a week. Something is working, even when it seems like it isn't. And why is that? Because of YOU, Mesmer, and that strictness you are displaying. I guess the fact that you have done it before has you KNOW that it really works when you really work it.

Reckon you'd have to be shopping in your wardrobe by now, eh? Getting into some old faves? Anyway, well done Mesmer - keep on rocking, you little champ !!

Koh

heya, weighed in this morning and lost only 800grams on week 4. Cant say im surprised. I dont have the right to, I deviated thrice last week

In 2 months, I lost 13.4 kgs in total, cant complain

I have been doing this over and over for years now and I still havent reached goal or refeed. But what I've noticed with my recent deviations was that it was easier for me to reign it in. So far, I havent spiralled out of control.. and not once did I overeat/binge.

Even though I havent stuck to the plan, I take this as a win for me.

Week 9, here we go.
