MumChum, What a fantastic effort to have achieved an enormous loss. I remember when we were saying how slow we were and probably because of age, but now your there!! and ready for refeed. Truly amazing and Im real proud of you.

Todays weight 60.5kg
Today I start the next phase of my journey. I have been soooo tired in the last week and yet awake thru the night. Also watching the clock for the next meal so I have decided maybe I'm in need of more food. I have also moved my ticker to 60kg - which is my new goal according to age - I finally found an advantage to age on here  . My goal has gone up.My weight has been up & down all week - despite the hunger so I'm admitting defeat and moving on. See you in the refeed diary.

Just a big happy hushpuppy  I haven't "done" Cohens - Asy knows me from way back - she invited me to "take a look" here - I did, loved it, and stayed... And me? I'm a tall skinny-ish bloke (BMI ~25.5) and have been this way forever, so I haven't faced (weight-wise) what you all have !!
